- The 2015 Honda Civic Sport brings a sharp new look to the hatchback for this year. Restyled headlights, bumpers and interior trim creates a sportier appearance. However, there are no performance upgrades. Our test car was equipped with the 1.6 litre i-DTEC engine that claims 73MPG combined.

been proud owner for last 6months😎
don't mind that troll as I said before I bought this exact model base mainly on this and your previous detail and excellent videos of the civic. keep up the good
work.
Bit late, but I'm getting one of these at the end of the week in blue 😁
Really great review, thanks! I've had my eye on exactly this model and I think you've just convinced me. It'll be a trade up from my 2007 civic sport so I can't wait!
Glad you liked the review. It's a great car. What colour are you looking at?
I'm going for the Milano Red. Looks feisty! It's nice to know such a great looking car can be so economical.
+Matt Tully It strikes a good balance indeed. Enjoy!
I just bought this car, I collect it Friday. This review has vindicated my decision & whetted my appetite something severe. Great vid, thanks.
+Tom G Glad it helped!
So how\s your car? I'm thinking about buying it in November,
+DejwiDosTV I agree with almost everything this review says. I love it.
Next Saturday I pick up mine 🤩
My civic sport gets delivered end of January I can't wait. It's replacing my 2015 Golf MK7. Using the Honda as a stopover until the Mk8 comes out in the next 2-3 years.
Wow that ending.
yah, I had to crank the volume up quite high to hear you, and the ending was so sudden, I thought I would wake up someone....
The best hatchback on the market!
Great review! I guess I'm gonna buy the I-DECT 1.6 sport next year. It's a really cool car.
+Dmitri T. Good call. It is a really nice family car.
Inside Lane I actually need it most of the time only for myself but it's better to have a car that offers enough space than a Coupé. Is it comfortable on long distance (for example 300-400km)? Can you tell me something about that?
Best regards from Germany
+Dmitri T. I have car for more than 5 month now and made 11500km with it. I did some long trip back in August 1000 km way + 1000km back. What I can say is that the car is very very confortable. Seats are at the same time very supportive for the back but they don't contraint the legs. Very practical as well with the Magic Seat. But engine is different I have the 1.8 petrol version.
Victorien Naccache Thanks for sharing your experience. It's very important that it's still comfortable at long distances. How's the Honca Connect System? What's your opinion about it?
+Dmitri T. It is not bad but not great.
I mean, default config theme is ugly and not very modern. It is getting better with the tablet theme (icons that you can move, swipping function from one screen to another like in a tablet...), but menus and sub-menu layout remains not very integrated. Like the GPS for instance. It has not the same theme and schema color than the rest of the system. And the only app available is Aha which is not as good as Deezer nor Spotify. In addition, mirror link isn't working yet.
On the other side, the System is stable. I had no trouble with it. Bluetooth, wifi sharing works great. GPS is not the latest but works well and is reactive. Sound is good (personal opinion) but it depends more on the trim than the Honda Connect itself.
In summary : Basic functions are ok (NAVI, musique, bluetooth) but don't expect to have a tablet. I mean the calendar isn't even able to synchronize with my google calendar despite the fact that it is an android-based system.
show us the car, thank you!
Is the 2014 civic model the same set up.
what do you think of the Honda civic 2015 ride ?
I mean is it OK for U.K roads or the ride is Hard ?
niceguy60 Since revisions to the suspension in 2014 the car has struck a good balance between ride and handling. If you option the larger alloy wheels that will make the ride a bit worse.
Inside Lane thanks for your prompt reply, you are the best
niceguy60 Haha! I try my best ;)
Sorry if I take advantage ... but I thought that among the readers of the comments there is someone more experienced than me. Owner of Honda Civic 2015 IX series, engine and gearbox without problems, the car have too light and imprecise steering exceeding 110 km / h: is there a remedy? PS. I regret the VII series ... very funny car, not like the one I currently have ...... Thank you
It looks so much better than the 8th generation civic that preceded it.
👍 Ok
My uncles got a 2015 one and it’s not got a lot of room in the passenger side

KuroMicra This Sport model is the car at its most handsome. This blue looks great too!
every freaking video all i hear is... Ford focus, ford focus. why ??? no one really say.
in the UK: Ford Focus, Volkswagen Golf, Ford Focus, Volkswagen...,
in Australia: Mazda, Mazda, Mazda
Diesel smells. Woudn’t have one.
They make a lot of sense if you’re doing a lot of motorway miles.
Firstly, you’ll refill fewer times, because this particular car is mega economical. I said that I’d never buy a diesel car after a shocking experience with a seriously unreliable, dirty Audi A3. I have, so far got 900 km out of each tank for £50! The one thing it doesn’t do is smell, and the three fills I’ve done so far have been from three clean pumps. The best car I’ve ever owned, a brilliant car.
Thanks for nothing!
