I've been working on a review for SMT: If... for the past couple weeks, so that's why I've been slower on uploads. I'd like to start doing comedic reviews of some of the more obscure Megaten games, check it out in the near future if you're interested.
So, I snooped around and it turns out the game is actually broken. The clock there is your time limit and you're suposed to start with 15 seconds, not 0. I guess the wayback machine just didn't save the whole code of the game or something... PS: If you collected the glasses on top of the clock (by completing the game with less time each try) you got some Yukiko action too
This sounds like something Yosuke would come up with. Both looking at Chie through a hole in the wall, and making a Flash game about looking at a girl he goes to school with through a wall.
I saw gameplay video of it and actually this game is broken on the wayback machine when i guess they try to bring everything over to their site and along the way it somehow got corrupted/missing assets. or maybe the game has a sorta anti-piracy for those that try to re-upload the game to a different website other than Atlus Japan's site.

This game is unironically harder than doing nocturne TDE without buffs on hard mode and vanilla strange journey combined
