Question⊠Perceived value kind of does impact the value positively if it sells fast because if itâs not sitting on the market because House payments you have to pay while the house is sitting on the market isnât it?
I disagree I flip houses that are extremely outdated. All I ever do is update the kitchen and the yard if needed, sometimes the bathroom of extremely ugly. Normally make at least 20% profit including my costs

While this is informative, I donât think itâs a good idea to be encouraging people with lots of money to go out and âbuy lots of real estateâ so they can earn more money from it. Thereâs a housing shortage here in the States and this is exactly what is contributing to it. We need to start being more mindful of our actions and stop being so greedy.
