Suppose a house costs 250k....20% of 250=50k ....I am ready with the downpayments(which I got from equity from my old 3 houses ) for the next 6 houses....but how can the bank give me 80% of 250k for all the 6 houses?????? The bank would ofcourse check my salary and ensure if I am capable of repaying their loan right?? So how do I get multiple loans from the bank when I am also managing my full time job??
