Craftsman Drill Powered Planer

Another drill powered tool for your enjoyment. These planers are quick and dirty...and much different from my nastiest jack plane.

You need to adjust the outfeed deck so that it is just above the level of the blade. From your closeup when you were setting it up, it looks like it was below the level of the blade. Only the infeed deck should be below the blade.
