I was able to heal in about 2 years. Played in severe pain, and swollen knees after games. But I believe my right knee would heal. A couple months after my right knee healed, my left knee was hit during indoor soccer. It's been 4 years and it still hasn't healed. Pops during games, rest for a week, then back at it again. I will get the surgery done eventually. The pain is excruciating.

My ligaments are sore but I don’t think they are torn, maybe just strained because my knees are stable. I’ve been resting and doing rehab exercises for a month. I am improving but I was wondering how much longer this is going to take. Thanks.
