Crystal was rescued by a pool company when she was just a baby. Paralyzed her entire life, she doesn't know any different. Upon arriving at her new home, she immediately felt right at home. Crystal has a huge personality and loves to nibble on her mom's ear when she needs something.
She's also formed a special bond with her dog brother, who is incredibly patient with her. Crystal enjoys going on adventures in her stroller, truly living her best possible life.

Weak animals being preyed upon is actually a major part of nature.
Just eat them if they become disabled. We do it chickens anyways.

Man I wish we'd domesticated raccoons like we did dogs. They seem like the best mix between cats & dogs, plus the natural bandito eyes are adorable 🥰
Unfortunately we can't domesticate raccoons. It has been attempted several times before, and still raccoons exhibit hostile and instinctual behavior. Dogs are very social creatures, raccoons on the other hand are isolated and do their own thing. They don't develop emotional connects to humans like cats and dogs do. I think this one is a rather special case due to her handicap, but for sure they are so cute!!!! 🦝
Well slavery is a problem for humans but not for animals so who know in the future if we will not do it to all animals

@@Tchika Raccoons are social animals tho. They form colonies have you never seen a gang of raccoons? It's great they even will try to help each other out like I saw one falling into the dumpster and his colony were freaking out not wanting to fall in as there was barely anything in it. I just got a giant plank that was next to the trash and helped them out. I think it more like there just less incentive as would take WAY too long to domesticate them, took the Russia scientist 50 years to make 'domesticated' foxes. Too much time and lack of funds nor a reason to do so is the real issue.
@@AyameFyuu I recited the research and results that were done on it, it's not my opinion. When they have tried for centuries and this is the result they came up with, I'm not like "but I know better because I've seen a pack of raccoons once" 🙄

Crystal is an adorable trash panda who in spite of her disability wins everyone over, including her best friend Toumba! Raccoons have a reputation for being mischievous and Crystal takes it to heart. 😊

I moved into my home 21 yrs ago. Every year a mother comes and has her babies in my garage. I think i have tge great great grand daughter of the original one in there this year. The babies are adorable.
I was walking by the hospital last week, and I noticed a woman out walking her cat in a stroller! I had never seen a cat-stroller before. Very nice!

Loved this! Crystal is adorable. I feed 12-18 raccoons daily. They get dog food and all sorts of treats. There are always a few just hanging out on the deck. 😃My friends think I'm crazy but the raccoons have been so gentle (can hand-feed some of them). Now I'm just waiting for this year's crop of babies!!! 🥰😍🥰😍🥰😍

I used to feed a bunch of raccoons but for various reasons l can't do it any more. I really miss rhem.

She is adorable. The way l see it all raccoons are special, smart with strong communication skills wirh each other. One will give a certain call and six of them will appear. She is very lucky to have such a loving and knowledgeable mom but l am sure the love goes both ways.

She's adorable. I'm so happy she was found and rescued! Her purring while she was petted said it all! "I'm happy!" And I’m so happy to see her bonded to the dog! Wow!! You are so kind and loving, helping Crystal live a great life, even though disabled. She is precious!! I love raccoons ❤. Even though I don't have a rescue, I've helped several orphan critters, over the years. Raccoons, teenie tiny mice, birds, kittens, a woodchuck, and a couple deer, whos momma was hit by a car and killed, right in front of the house!! They went to a sanctuary after they turned two months old. That was interesting and they love goats milk!!
