Thanks for sharing your experience. I already have a 3d printer, but my daughter is asking for 3d pen. I would like to go for a V2 cheaper version. But while browsing for it, I found 2 different types in version 2 3d pen. Some of them are operating on 5v-2Amp=10 watts, while others are working on 12v-2amp=24 watts. Which one is better?
5v version could be used with any usb charger or powerbank, while 12v need specific adapter only! But then, 12v gives more power, and might work faster in getting hotter and melting the filament. I am confused here! What you suggest on basis of your experience?

I use a 3D pen that has 3 inputs and a switch for each so it’s really easy to switch from one to one or use multiple. Also minimum temp is close to the smoking point of pvp.

Thanks for that! I first learned of these pens about three days ago and am thinking of buying one...I've got the one above bookmarked. Have you assessed the Mynt3D pen? There are certain features I want, and so far that looks good but I haven't read much user feedback. Mostly, I want a pen that will last, and won't clog often/can be unclogged quickly.

I'd like to see 10$ vs 11,50$ 3D Pen. The difference should be mindblowing
