So youâre telling me an entire museum with a billion dollars worth of art was being protected by two relatively inexperienced security guards...

Mr Ballen talked about this story 4 days ago. First time I ever heard about this case
I love him!
There's a Netflix series about it. It's shocking how many mistakes were made and even crazier is EVERY SINGLE LEAD has lead to a dead end still even 30 years later!
@@menwithven8114 as long as itâs better than Money Heist
Congratulations on the AMAZING journey to 10 million subscribers! Well deserved and love the videos
I have been there and it is quite weird to see the empty frames. It is almost haunting.
They have not put anything else there?
@@SirForcekin no
@@SirForcekin it's one of the provisions of Isabella Gardner's will; the museum cannot be altered. no art can be added.

There might already be a movie out about it

They probably were given a list of specific stuff to steal. The buyer was definitely set up beforehand.

Learned about this heist through Buzzfeed Unsolved and I am glad I watched that video đ
Now he works at the elementary school I went to.
I see the info graphics is a fan of the strange dark and mysterious delivered in story format

Great context đ„đ..But I think someone has to hear this, the amount of time we spend believing we can't is more than enough to learn how we can make them reality
People will be kicking themselves in few weeks if they miss this opportunity to buy and invest in cryptocurrency
I've been getting a lot of people who doubted cryptocurrency before now asking me how to go in. They could have make 10-100$ profits when I pushed them before. But now I'm earning over $40,250 trading with a professional broker expert, funny how this things works out
This past month have been earning $16,900 weekly having invested $3,000 and working with Expert Donald signals. Even with my limited experience in crypto trading I still find Donald signals very easy and highly profitable, his signals has been really helpful to me during these recent price swings
He's obviously the best I traded 2000USD with him and in 9 days I made a profit of 9101USD, I am now able to send my kids to great schools in USAđ±đ·, All thanks to expert Donald Wilson
@@Steven-kl2dw Really? My kids can't get the best education they need all because I don't have the resources to send them to better schools

Anyone who listens to former jewel thief Larry Lawton' s channel knew these guys were amatures LONG before the narrator said it. High end art like this is IMPOSSIBLE to fence. Its too distinctive. I wouldnt be surprised if they ended up throwing the stuff in a dumpster.
nah probably sold it to some rich oil sheikh
Cutting the art out of the frames told me they were amateurs right away. I'm glad they we're smart enough to take the most valuables pieces from the museum.
Heard of this art heist. As I see it the truth won't come to light until the Mastermind of this robbery finally kicks the bucket. Because I think whoever they are is still alive.
The only 2 people of interest have been dead for a while.

Congrats on 10M đâ€
Mr ballen covered this the other day
Mr ballen copies infographics sometimes too
I was exactly looking for this comment
ye he was
Imagine when you find out this story existed before that
thats cuz if they keep doing one kind of content which is history then it is doomed to be all emptied
Why wouldnât they take the time to research the most valuable paintings before robbing the museum though lol
Maybe to hide themselves, having good knowledge about art could have led the fbi to them
I love the background music
If this heist was ever made into a movie I would want Jack Black to play the security guard
or captain Price

The documentary on this is awesome. It's called This is a Robbery on Netflix
If they had taken all of the valuable or most valuable stuff, I'm sure they would have been caught as that would generate too much attention
It is awesome to watch infographics show I like you versus the joker
Take notes. Try to get it finished or laminated on wood. That makes it heavy. Thieves wont go for it.
When this becomes a movie, which it will, I can be like yeah I knew that

The museum canât afford to hire better guards?
statute of limitations is up
Even if the people who did it came forward its too late to charge them
So what youâre saying is, assuming of course that they know the whereabouts of the paintings, the original thieves could come forward give info on the paintings and collect another 10 mil (also assuming they are still living).
@@zackmothersbaugh2477 you dont get the reward if you did it, you just dont get arrested
The thieves were probably hired because they don't know anything about art, maybe because the people who hired them didn't want them to take the art for themselves

What are the chances the men who did the heist went back to the museum as touristsđ
Was it lupin and jigen?
4:05 Narrator says, not bad for less than an hour and of a half of work for the thieves.. For the actual crime, yes, maybe. But how much time went in to the planning? There are a lot of unanswered questions around this heist I would suspect. If the robbers skipped works of art that were worth more, why? Did the thieves have a buyer or buyers line up before they robbed the art? If they did, would explain why they took what they took.
TEN MILLION SUBSCRIBERS!!! I can't even count that high. You know that you are doing something right.

love the video however using the polygraph test is straight up nonsense. it doesnt tell you a thing
Yes correct. If it showed anything it would be admissible in court but it's not. Furthermore, if an attorney mentions the jury gets told to ignore it.
That's something that police forces should get rid of. They need to save some money, get rid of this whole thing. (Just think about lie detectors. They've been around for decades but they have never been shown to work. Meanwhile DNA has grown by leaps and bounds to not only being admissible in court but also they able to get information from a very small sample. ) đ
