if you are asking why Juri's Ultra came out. I believe the term is "Negative Edge". The Juri player was still holding down the light kick down, so when they pressed to other two kicks the game reads it as all three kicks being pressed. It is a technique that alot of the cast can use. Makes combos, possible, easier, and i think does opt selects as well.
Damn, Bullcat was a beast before, but recently he's stepped up his game even more. His Gouken is the kind of caliber that could have a chance at top 8 of EVO. I'd love to see that.
She has a parry for almost every fireball in the game, the only exception is oni's ultra I believe, she can also divekick over fireballs and parry fireballs with her fuhajin store, in short she is one of the best if not the best anti fireball char in the game.
Bullcat seriously needs to Kongoushin. It's not always a guaranteed success but controlling the flow of battle and then proceeding to use that when the opponent is easily readable works wonders.
It's not infinite, it's a block string yes, but it's mostly a frame trap. Fireball is +3 on block then you just add the start up for the close foward and start-up for fireball frames and eventually that +3 turns to +2, +1, 0 -1, -2, -3 etc.
The URL for Japanese BP rankings is pretty out of date I think - I played Michael Tan (マイケル・タン) in Kumamoto last week and his Feilong has over 100,000 points but, is not even on these lists :'(
i wonder why jrojro froze up at the end of the match because his directional inputs stopped after the ultra 2 hit...perhaps something happened on his end....
I don't really know - I didn't speak to him as my Japanese isn't great at the minute. Didn't see him use Ken but, I think he wanted to give everyone a chance in the game centre maybe. I saw a recent competition where he was using Ken so I guess he just was practicing with Fei - maybe to help him get better understanding of how to fight against him???
But he got a hit so it would've been stupid to do a block string. Instead he combo'd off of the stand forward into a super damaging combo. And that blockstring isn't really infinite.

juri only used her ultra once and it failed, might as well use feng shui engine?

GOUKEN'S forward grab is prolly the most painful of the basic grabs in sf4

actually against Gouken it's a piece of cake because his fireballs don't vary in speed and are very small. I use it regularly against Goukens :)
for anyone knew quick summary.
if bullcat gets mp, hp ex then he wins in 1.5 comboes.
if not juri takes half the round time to in gradually.
