Banchero is gonna be the beast of the East for years to come. Orlando is a fun team to watch especially with Jonathan Isaac back as an ELITE defender. And they'😢re HUGE!!
Orlando made the decision 4 years ago to not just be a team to make the playoffs, or make a playoff push one or two years. This organization wants a winning culture that legit competes for a championship every year.
This Orlando team loves eachother, it's beautiful to watch in this era where you don't get that much..
This team was made starting from scratch and they're going to continue to build on that without adding the wrong piece that doesn't fit what we're trying to do. DEFENSE!
Shooters? Great! But if can't play defense as well. Nope. It's our standard and we're not budging from it

He’s had an NBA body since he was 16. He’s gonna be Tatum meets Giannis, maybe not as good as either at their peaks but he has all the things from one that the other doesn’t have. He’s already stronger and as good a pure passer as Tatum and a better shooter than Giannis will ever be, and he will grow as a shooter if he wants to. He could also add 20 pounds of muscle and become a mix of Carmelo and Zion. Crazy. Gotta hope his defense doesn’t take a ding as he ages
I honestly think he will be better than Tatum ONLY BECAUSE he don't shoot 9 3s a game and plays inside out
We're completely over the moon about P5! He plays 1-5 offensively and defensively.
Paired? Franz Wagner is an amazing talent too! But we do need a playmaker..

The young talent in this league is ridiculous. Paolo, Wemby, Chet, Shai, Ant, Ja, Luka, Hali -- they all feel like they're gonna be top 5 guys in 5-6 years. Plus Jokic and Giannis will still be around.

As a Pistons fan, I want to say Cade, but man its looking more and more like he will be an elite championship-level number 2.
Paolo is gonna have an Ant type of development. Slept on for a couple seasons, then boom, can't ignore him. Banchero at 27 is gonna an absolute monster

@@ollytropics1735 Eh people thought Jabari was gonna go #1, Paolo still hasn't had a national TV game yet, and a lot of the NBA nerds were more obsessed w Wagner last season than him. He's getting more attention rn but for his skill I think he's a lil slept on

One thing I hope Paolo gets better @ in which he should (obviously other things but for where he’s @ now he’s going to naturally be based on how good his all around game is now) but rebounding.. no reason with that body structure, strength, athleticism and instincts he shouldn’t be getting 8+ rebounds every year the other stuff will come but that right now and eventually a post up game and wanting to get 1 based on his strength, finishing ability & athleticism will make him unstoppable in the years to come and when he eventually does get 1 he will already be good passing out if the post because of his playmaking ability now. But if he wants to be as dominant as he could then please start rebounding more as easy as it should be for him especially with this pace of play today. Tbh one of the closest play styles and talent(not close to Bron but in his own way the all around game and physical prowess that puts it all together and what we thought when we saw Ben Simmons)
Next best players in the league: 1. Wemby; 2. Antman; 3. Paolo.
Right now Id put Banchero 1. Antman too small. Banchero has capacity to be top 5 scorer and defender. Wemby to early too see how good he can be

Can't see it. Ppl always answer these questions in a vacuum. But fail to realize all the other young stars. PLus all the superstars that havent entered the NBA yet. You have to be generational just to crack that top 5.

Nobody thought Jokic, Giannis, or SGA would be top 5 players in their sophomore seasons. Paolo has as much potential as they did at the same age

- Pretty good list. I am a lot higher on the Twins and Franz. I think guys that move off ball and get easy shots plus have star potential are typically more valuable.
- I like the Cam Whitmore slot, I think he will take over for Jalen Green soon.
- Considering what we have seen for Darius Garland I would definitely have him above Coby White and Im a Bulls fan. I'd have him in the 10-15 range.
- Ima go out my way and put Keyonte George next to Cam Whitmore. Im high on him.
Lastly, all these guys will be competing for top spots over the next decade with Shai, Ja, Luka. Pretty crazy its this stacked.
@@Shortballa11 Thanks… your points are valid but I’m sticking with my guns on Coby I’m a believer. And Garlands size makes me hesitant to believe he has a top 10-20 ceiling but I could be wrong on that

On off numbers certainly do not tell the whole story, but the Magic have been 9 points better per 100 possessions when Banchero is off the court compared to when he's playing. He can become an elite NBA player regardless of any current impact he has, but I'm wagering that Chet will wind up being the best player in that draft class while Banchero still becomes a quality all star.
