Brakes hold up well for me around the Welsh countryside, but I imagine you're getting a bit of fade at the Ring? Pads and fluid for sure, but also not sure if Toyota did any kind of brake cooling at all? Noticed the car has done over 1km before the lap. Assume you did a post run oil change? If so what did you go with? Most of the information out there suggests to go to a 5w30 or 5w40 for “heavy duty” use. Would also be cool to see what oil temps you seeing in the heavy load areas of the track like heading uphill after Bergwerk. Thank you!

I owned an FA20DIT Forester (yes, turbocharged version of the FA20 found in the predecessor - GT86) and I've read that 5W40 is the top viscosity as the oil channels are quite narrow, not suitable for W50 oils (I am just repeating what mechanics told me).
Acknowledging that FA20 was the "test version" of FA24 that's in the GR86 I would also be interested in what oil is recommended for it.

I'd like to see a Misha comparo of the BRZ to the GR86. The day after mine arrived last December (ordered the prior May) we got snow...almost time to change back to the Summer tires here in the Mid Hudson Region of NY. Alignment soon...wondering how much negative camber I can get up front with the stock suspension (I've heard not much).

Awesome lap bro... Whatever you do on the GR86 you gonna be limited by low power! I can wait to see you again driving the M240i xDrive, last time it was amazing and the car was OEM. lolll

Good lap, but what in the world is going on with that engine sound? Is that fake audio? Or why does it sound so horrible? I could never drive a car without an interesting engine.

Would love to see you get behind the wheel of an AE86 if possible 😂
