That is an amazing parcel of land! I have always wanted some open land but it's so far out of my price range here in Los Angeles that it's never ever going to happen.
@@GladiusJon Depending on where it is about 15 to 50 million dollars and I don't think the neighbors would appreciate you riding on your own land. If you head out to the desert it might be 10 to 30 thousand dollars but with no house or water, electricity, sewer etc. Things are weird here as they forced everyone in the state to stay at home. I own a commercial building that is completely deserted as all the offices and stores have closed down. Very odd times.
ADVsquared they say location location location.. I guess it’s true... Are you going to be ok as far as revenue? Is the gov helping you as a commercial land lord?
@@GladiusJon Of course not. California ordered both commercial and residential landlords that they cannot evict anyone who does not pay rent while the 'stay at home' order is in effect. And they mandated that tenants have six months to pay back the unpaid rent with 0% interest. So essentially they made landlords a bank that is forced to give out 0% loans and yet if we run out of money to pay our expenses we have to go and get a loan from a real bank with interest. It is so unfair!!
