My wolverine makes a slight metal rubbing sound while driving and it seems to get louder when engine braking. Sounds like it’s coming from the e brake rotor rubbing. Do you think it might be adjusted to tight? Could I possibly adjust it out, or do you think it needs to go back to Yamaha? I live far from any dealerships so if I could fix it myself it sure would save a lot of time/gas
If you could take a video and share it on wolverineforums.com or facebook.com/groups/WolverineX2X4/ so we can analyze it, it would help diagnose your issue. Engine braking doesn't use the emergency\parking brake. Pull your e-brake weather boot off and see if you can spray out the area of the parking brake as mud could be causing it to stick\drag.
