Today we are improving upon the CZ Scorpion yet again. In this video we are removing that annoying, factory ambi safety, and replacing it with the excellent Gear Head Works ambi safety. This safety re locates the lever into a much more comfortable location. If you guys love AK's, this safety is for you. Thanks for watching and let me know if there's any parts you recommend. OK, So what if you shoot from the other side the firearm? Shouldn't that safety be swapped on both sides?
If you shoot left handed, is there any value in installing this reverse safety lever? If so, would you also suggest changing the left lever for z delete safety lever?
At the end of the video you told everyone the wrong way to put on safe, you said "i can sweep up to put the weapon on safe" while you were putting it on Fire... not good.

yes, nfa ruling is angled=legal; vertical=illegal without a AOW or SBR tax stamp..always double check state & local laws to be sure. I'm just some random guy on the Internet...lol
I use the HB ind. replacement and find it to be an excellent upgrade. Also it is a micro version of the AK safety regimen.
What size Allen key did you use?

I'm sure it was just a mistake.
Ordered one of these safeties and it will not slide on to the shaft. Not even close. Now I'll have to wait till monday and give them a call. Pissed off doesn't even begin to describe it.
It's not like an AK, it's completely backwards. Sweep down for fire, up for safe on an AK, doing that on the Evo with this safety would give you the opposite of your intents...
that got me too.. they shouldve called it a reverse ak style safety or something, I was expecting a true ak style operation for commonality sake.. even though it's still the best scorpion aftmkt safety available imho
