The reason Memphis isn’t as good in attendance is because 2/3 games were at 11:00. The biggest factor is they have to sit in the sun this year. It is brutal sitting on that side.
And the team has been awful, who wants to go spend time and money to watch a team that gets blown out in almost every game. I truly believe that if the team was better, they would have over 7,000 at every game easily.

I agree with you 100 percent man I feel that the UFL has some staying power and when the UFL brings all teams back there will be a lot of optimism and energetic fans coming back to build up the UFL fanbase for sure
I would like to see what FOX and the USFL were trying to do and bring back all the former USFL teams. I know it will probably take up to 10-15 years with future expansion. Well, this is what I wish the UFL would eventually be like with a league of 28 teams. Once again there would be 2 Conferences, the USFL conference and the XFL conference. Each conference would have 14 teams in them with 2 divisions (with 7 teams in them). The USFL conferences 2 divisions would be the North and South divisions. The North division would consist of the Chicago Blitz, Denver Gold, Hartford Federals (formerly the Washington Federals), Michigan Panthers, New Jersey Generals, Philadelphia Stars, and the Pittsburgh Maulers. The south division would be the Austin Gamblers (formerly the Houston Gamblers), Birmingham Stallions, Jacksonville Bulls, Memphis Showboats, New Orleans Breakers, Orlando Warriors (formerly the Orlando Renegades), and the Tampa Bay Bandits. The XFL conference would have the East and West divisions. The East division would consist of the Arlington Renegades, DC Defenders, Houston Roughnecks, Ohio Guardians (formerly the Orlando Guardians, and yes they play in Canton Ohio), Oklahoma Outlaws, San Antonio Brahmas, and the St. Louis Battlehawks. I said it before that if they are being forced to expand in 2025 then the Vegas Vipers would be the easiest to bring back but if we're talking about 2026 then they could keep the Vipers as a southwest team either place them in Arizona or New Mexico though Vegas would still be the better option in my opinion as Las Vegas is a growing city. I don't the league should actally sell the teams but sell what I'm calling "profit rights" which would come with responsibilities of the holders of the profit rights of each team where they would take care of the paying players and transporting them to games as well as promoting the team's brands to make a profit though the league would hold 5% of the profit rights of each team to bring in funding for the league
I think the league does need to sell the teams but have a clause or two in the contract to basically say that the owner cannot just fold the team or leave the league, and instead be forced to give/sell the team back to FOX/RedBird if they ever want to stop owning the team.
As far as ownership goes, I think they should do something like the MLS. Have team “investors” and once you build a new stadium for that team then you are an “owner”
The reality most of the US Population lives East of the Mississippi. UFL already has one team on the East Coast, the DC Defenders, and needs to focus on the East Coast for the next phase. Put the New Jersey in Red Bull Arena, Philadelphia Stars to play at Subaru Park. bring back the Pittsburgh Maulers, and maybe move the Guardians to Hartford or even Rochester New York. After that then yes head west and bring back the Seattle Sea Dragons, Oakland Invaders, San Diego Wildcats (formerly the LA Wildcats), Arizona Wranglers, Los Angeles Express, Portland Vipers (formerly the Vegas Vipers), and Denver Gold

I do think it can work as while I get the argument of "there's a reason why none of the big 4 leagues are there" I think when it comes to spring football I say why not? If I remember (and understand trademark laws well enough) all those names are considered dead trademarks since they haven't been used in so long which would allow the UFL to file for (and due to the Rock's relationship ship with WWE) them and will have an almost guarantee of getting them.

I say put the Vipers or Guardians in Ohio. Both these teams IMO really don't have a city associated with them anymore. Vipers failed big time in Vegas and they are not going back. The Guardians failed in Orlando and only played twice in New York with low attendance.

As for your question it seems very apparent that Rice stadium is a big issue for attendance as while the decision to keep the Gamblers but rebrand them as the Roughnecks completely backfired, the stadium is still a big issue. Sadly TDECU won't be ready until the 2026 season I believe, but if possible the league should move Houston to Shell stadium which is a 22,000 soccer stadium much like Audi Field.

The issue with the playoffs is more of just how the season has played out with the Renegades, Roughnecks, and Showboats being so bad, as last year in the USFL we still didn't have any team eliminated until week 9 if I remember correctly.

I think the best thing to do is bring back at least one legacy team (Breakers, Maulers, or Sea Dragons preferably) during the first expansion and you can add an expansion team to a city like Columbus which has had great UFL TV ratings and does not have a lot of major sports teams as they only have an NHL team from the big 4 leagues and just two other "big" teams in an MLS and Triple-A team.
IDK I feel like the UFL has 2 main roads for generating revenue, attendance which goes with team ownership and tv ratings which goes with network deals. Only one of these roads are lighting up like Michael Jackson signing smooth criminal! Play to your strengths, put 2-4 teams in the 4 major tv markets (NY, LA, Chicago, Philly) create a Sunday night football timeslot on ABC and/or FOX, promote SNF during the other 4-5 games, then you take the numbers to NBC and CBS and sell SNF. Then with the network money you can travel to Seattle

Canton bulldogs makes sense. The maulers should go to columbus. It makes allot more sense.
