Could you tell us what power supply you used and where did you get it. I need that for my project where I am using old cordless drill to drive a lifting assembly - but batteries die after 2 or 3 uses

I found out on my drill
That the engine makes sound but does not turn over when pressing the button

What is the rpm of the motor you changed
Can i put a gearbox with impact function on a drill?

@@retsetman9698 i have found one online complete assembly i just need to put it in my old drill and chuck the only visible difference is that is more longer
It seems like you took the long way around just to make a simple lathe I fail to see what the benefits of disassembling a old drill to accomplish what you did. I do appreciate your efforts though.
On my 18V drill, the motor is fine, but because I want to upgrade to Li-Ion, to save costs I will replace the motor with a 12V one.

12V is 12V no matter how you get it, you don't have to make it corded

No, 550 motor which is mostly uses in cordless drill
@@retsetman9698 WHICH ONE IN BETTER 550 OR A 775.....COZ I REQUIRED A HIGH TORQUE MOTOR FOR MY PROJECT
775 has more torque but how much torque you need? 550 also has high torque and more silent. I love 550 more than 775. Also You should look at them datasheet paper..

@@thetribal697 done, so you should use 775, actually you can add a gt2 belt-pulley into system if you want..
