Been making these for years. I don't use milk. I put in 1/4 cup of nut butter though and don't add apple sauce. Sometimes I will use pumpkin puree and banana. Otherwise recipe is similar. I eat these for B-fast, snacks, dessert - you name it.

Nice, Anya! I will double the recipe, freeze a lot of cookies, use your famous banana milk, and sub chopped dates for the raisins. And throw a few cranberries into the vitamix with the dates. I'll make it soon and report back!

The problem is that they will not stay good for the next weeks. After only a few days they will get mouldy.

I freeze mine in individual baggies - take out whenever want one. They freeze and thaw perfectly.
