- Trucker's Bathroom!!! There isn't always a rest stop or truck stop when nature calls!! Going to the bathroom is something everyone does. There is no need to feel ashamed. We use a compost style in the truck. The pee goes in a jug. We choose to use a laundry jug. The poo goes in a bag with animal bedding in the bottom over a camp toilet.

Thanks for telling truths. Wait til you get caught overnight at a shipper with no bathroom on a one way street that you’re stuck until the next morning with no toilet in sight and a tummy emergency…….you will never question a port a potty again! 😊

I gotta get a set-up like this. I usually hold it in till I get to a truck stop and by then I'm sitting on the throne with tears rolling down my face because I'm so constipated.
It's only like $30 in the camp section at walmart. Absolutely wish we would have done this sooner
I use a fabric softener bottle for #1. I use the "Ultra Final Touch" blue jug. Its cheap, and a little over a gallon. The pour spout pops right out! I use a denture tablet in it. It keeps it smelling good, and it disinfects it. I also use Clorox tablets, the small ones. As far as #2. I use the "Stansport" portable toilet. It's about $85. It's very solid and sturdy. I use 4 gallon trash bags in it. I use Horse bedding pellets from Tractor Supply in it to soak up any liquid. I start with 2 cups of pellets, then I sprinkle a little of "Purex Crystals" in it to keep it smelling fresh. It works great. I just cover with the pellets after each use. Then I tie the bag up, and toss in the garbage can. It's no different than throwing away diapers, or cat litter.

You can use a five-gallon bucket with scented trash bags pool noodle four cushion around the edge of the bucket and wet wipes for cleaning don't forget the febreze for sanitation smells😅😅
I like that idea more than our camping/boat toilet!!! Yours seems much lighter and easier to dispose of your waste. I bought a funnel or women’s urinal for myself. Easy to rinse out since it’s silicone.

I put my used bag inside a brown lunch bag. Makes it look like I’m just throwing away lunch or fast food bag. I also use rubber glove 150ct $4 harbor freight and Clorox wipes to wipe area around down.

I have a cassette toilet that uses water to flush. Waste goes in toilet, or at RV dump station at a rest area.
How does the fluids do with all the bumps?
I've had spinal surgery and also had throat tumor surgery and with several complications, I had to give up my house painting company that I owned for over 14 years. After recovering a few years past I'm feeling better, and I'm interested in trucking industry. My wife and I have worked hard and paid off our house, but we spent our savings on my surgeries. I was thinking of investing and taking money out on our house to buy a truck and going on an adventure to save for retirement. In both your opinions, is it possible for a couple to invest (being my wife may not want to drive; even though I wish she would :P), to make a decent yearly wage?

So sorry to hear you have health struggles. Glad you are starting to feel better overall. We would never recommend taking a lean against your house. There are many companies that will hire you and allow your wife to be in the truck full time with you even if she doesn't drive. We don't own our own our our truck and would never want to. One of the biggest concerns I would have for you is your back. Being in the road and hitting all the potholes and bridge seems is hard in the back. I like my potty that actually flushes. I got it on Amazon. We can bring it to bathroom and flush it. If I number two I put a bag In toilet and throw it away. Lol
