For the record: the strategies I feature in this video generally prioritize ease and accessibility over what's actually best. This video is meant for people who are just trying SA/SO for a level, and are having that "Oh shit" moment where they've done most of their objectives, but need to get rid of cameras. However, in order to make sure that people can do it at any point in the mission, I also need to make it quickly accessible from public areas (for the sake of both the player and the video's runtime), and of course, I need to do everything with an ICA19, a fibre wire, and three coins so literally anybody can do these, regardless of progress. And finally, I'm limited by my own knowledge of the game. Despite my 1600 hours, I still don't know everything, (I don't even have 100% of achievements, let alone challenges,) so I invite you guys to comment with your own strategies and whatever items you'll need to unlock to do them.
For Hokkaido it's easier (imo) to climb down from the garden, make my way into the morgue and then shoot the video evidence from inside the morgue. As long as you're careful, you shouldn't be caught even if you use loud ballistics (you should have a 7-10 second window to sneak down the stairs).
A few suggestions: On Columbia, it's much easier to go for the cameras in Andrea Martinez' house. You don't have to knock anyone out, and you can poison her drink while you're at it. On Mumbai, distract the guard near the construction area so he can't see you picking the lock, even with a crowbar, and climb the shipping crates into the building unseen. On Haven Island I prefer the cameras in the sever room since it's so easy to get down there undetected and without knockouts. And if you grab emetic poison, no gunshots either. On Berlin I tend to prefer the Biker Hangout camera box, but it depends on where the targets are or what challenge I'm focused on. Less knockouts is generally preferred even if there is no complication against it, and if I can find a way that doesn't require gunshots that's also preferred. Again, even without a complication against it, stray bullets are tempting fate for the AI to do something you don't want. Your other strategies are almost identical to what I use.
Miami - I think using the fusebox in the parking garage security and then sneaking past the guard as they exit gives you easier access to the box and a security disguise
In Dubai I just climb up the vine on the other side and shoot the camera directly next to where Stuyvesant is asking the two security guys where his new guard is. Doing so doesn’t put him into panic mode, and one of the three guards in that room will simply just investigate the noise before continuing the conversation.
For Bangkok it's easy to grab a master keycard from the basement. You can either disguise yourself as a waitress as there is a set of clothes down there too, or just throw coins in the washing room. You can also cause a panic because civilians don't care about trespassing when they are in a frightened state, just be careful not to grab the keycard while anyone is looking at your direction. Colorado isn't hard either, you can shoot the recorder from the window, or can move the guard away with the hoover cleaner or via weapon luring.
for sapienza, all 4 recordings are quite easy to get to. personally, the easiest but a bit out of the way is the one in the clock tower. if you start at the clock tower, it's just one window away and an easy disguise as well. if you start at the mansion's front gate, you can easily get to this as well by climbing the pipes from the back. If you start near Franceska, then the recorder in the security room is just around the corner. H1 doesn't have a guard there but they added one that's also an enforcer. I've tried several ways for a quick erase, and the best way i found is to quickly sneak underneath the guy and drag hit out from the window. It's a bit tricky but I can do it consistently now. Lastly is the one in the lab. I usually start here so i can plant an EMP. start from the lab, work your way to the security room and shoot it thru the door. if you didn't panic the guard you'll also lure the scientist above where the laptop to remotely destroy the virus is.
in Santa Fortuna the basement cameras are also accessible through the bridge under Rico Delgado's main entrance, you can shoot out the camera on the two tunnel guards at the entrance to the tunnel, wait for them to turn around, toss a coin to distract one of them then whack the first guy with a nonlethal so you can hit the second while he's picking up the coin. You get a disguise and the keycard to the door so free access to the tunnels as well. on Isle of Sgail there is a security room above the main gate with the 6 guards that is accessible if you go around the back of it instead of through the tunnel, up the pipe next to the brick. From there it's a free shot at the recordings and the guards don't even panic if you shoot from outside the room.
In Sgail it's easier to climb to the top security office at the entrance and kill the cameras. Also in Haven, we can climb into Tyson Williams' home and shoot the camera recorder from outside.
7:27 In the past, I've actually had this woman go upstairs to investigate the destroyed camera. Typically end up taking the sidedoor where a guard will come down while on patrol and you can take his keycard to access the security room from there.
Thanks casimir for this guide, this is going to be really useful when I attempt isle of sgail SASO. You probably already know this, but you don’t have to shoot twice to get past the lady in Mumbai. Shooting it once will cause her to investigate and leave the entrance wide open, but shooting it twice is probably faster.

This video made me realize there are no cameras on Dartmoor. 100+ hours playing Hitman III and I never realized that.

You can also get access by the garage of that house and using the generator to draw in and knock out guards. Takes longer, but less risk
Clearly the best strat is to play on casual.
