You can use the GAN 11M Pro's corner-core magnet system to stabilize the cube a bit. You can glue the magnets to the end of the corner & glue a small extension to the core & place a magnet there.
I’m not sure if this would help but super strong magnets for the edges might help as well
But it would not be fully Lego

I've been watching your channel since the days of Lego Boy Z3 (I loved that 7x7 stop motion animation intro), and I'm glad the namesake has finally come back around. I actually found you through that original bandagable 3x3 vid, that does not feel like 7 years ago! I've been wandering about this for years as well, but never had the pieces to try. Very cool design! Once PuzzLego releases the newer design, I'm definitely ordering the pieces myself and building my own.

What you could do is make it so the edges and corners “lock” with each other like they do on a normal cube by having part of the inner edge stick out so that the cone that you would normally see on the inner part of a corner can go into the edge and it will (probably) stop popping
