Oceano L52 - and LOTS of ATC activity from NORCAL and Oakland Cntr.

Day trip to Oceano hoping that the weather would open up. This is where Pismo Beach and the Dunes are, but we did not get to go to the beach due to low ceilings and getting trapped on the ground, since there is NO IFR departure procedure from this small airport on the coast. Lots of scenery over the Salinas Valley and heading down south to Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo.
