Thank you so much for sharing this video! Could you please share where you did this Kundalini Yoga Course and how you found out about it? I feel overwhelmed by the amounts of Ashrams and courses offered in Rishikesh

I did my course with world peace yoga school - also known as kundalini yoga ashram & samadhi ashram - its all the same school. I highly recommend them!!! You can search others thru bookyogateachertraining.com but i think there are not many other kundalini schools in rishikesh. Book world peace directly through their website, i think its cheaper. They even have videos on their youtube of classes that you can watch before booking
