I believe what is going on in the world is checking people's hearts. How grounded are you truly in your identity.... *In Christ* ? Has your focus shifted from the Lord to another *identity* ? I've dealt with something similar before I was delivered. And believe me... I too wrestled greatly. We may be mistreated from another person's sin at times in our lives... But don't let the enemy of our soul capture your mind and cause you to walk in a spirit of victimhood ... This can paralyze your walk with Christ, and may cause you to refrain from reaching certain souls God may have wanted to use you to reach... Put on the mind of Christ 👁️ and take up your shield... For we are not fighting against flesh and blood...
Thank you for writing this. It was very timely for me as I struggled with my mind playing victim today. I must draw nearer to the Lord and trust Him in order to not let the enemy capture my mind.

I've been wrestling with self-pity and when you said the word "victimhood" it just resonated within. Like this is what I'm feeling. But this is not true. We're not slaves, we're children of GOD. I love that! My spiritual leader Russel M. Nelson called my attention to our need to take the time to hear Jesus's voice in his talk called "Hear Him". This really helped me be mindful of his voice in our lives helping us discern between good and evil Christ will show us what and how we need to live and change if we let him, give him time, and listen.

I understand her point and I’m not trying to criticize but...as you pointed out dandelions are amazing flowers that most folks find undesirable. It’s somewhat ironic that she says she liked the flower until heard it called a weed. So even if it’s a good flower, the flower is being shunned. And that’s that’s not necessarily good. Plenty of good things are passed up in this life because of naivety, conformity, because someone said it’s not desirable the flower gets neglected. Sad.

Most of the time I feel like both sides hate me. As a not exactly as privileged as I could be white person I’ve been criticized for both having a biracial boyfriend and not being able to help to the fullest extent. Both being pro-life and Jewish and a “sensitive liberal snowflake”. But I also think that when people hate the police or are hateful in general, we need to understand they’ve been hurt and be gentle with them so their hearts have any chance of being softened

When you start feeling defensive, you most likely struggle with being offended. It’s usually reactive, not proactive and it looks to others to fix their problems instead of taking responsibility for their own actions and emotions in a situation. A lot of people seem to think this is about the racial injustices going on (and maybe it is), but I think this can apply to anyone in any area of your life. Ask the Lord to show you if you have a spirit of offense in any area of your life. I personally had a spirit of offense for a very long time in regards to people in general (I only realized this last year after struggling with it from a young age). I had specific things I was sensitive/offended by when it came to men due to my relationship with my father and specific areas of offense when it came to women due to my relationship with my mother and offenses in my friendships due to past friendships. The spirit of offense took hold in my life because I had so many injuries that I had never dealt with or allowed the Lord to heal and I never properly forgave so the enemy had a foothold in my heart and mind. I also had never learned to take responsibility for my actions or emotions. Yes, others may have treated me wrongly and I may have been a victim to what they did or said to me as a child BUT I’m an adult now who has a choice to do something healthy with those feelings and my own response or actions. Once I asked the Lord to show me this (it was very painful and I did not want to yield myself to him) I found so much more freedom. I still struggle with it but it feels liberating to not be offended by useless things or even bigger ones for that matter. The book Boundaries by cloud and Townsend helped me realize I was never taking ownership of my own life. I recommend this book to anyone! You can see how broken our society is in our interactions with others compared to the principles of how God wants us to relate.
I hope you talk to us more often, personally I really need your words and every one video of yours changed my life and perspective in some way! It’s so much of value✨

Amen. I love this message. Praise God. It goes in line with truth. In order to pull weeds out, you have to water them. Water then until the souls becomes soft, and only then you can pul it out from its roots! If not any root left behind can grow again. It’s the same with our mind. If we water our minds and hearts with God’s Word, we are able to pull out any weeds or seed that God did. It plant in us. God bless you!

I’ve been sad over this division but wow you’re literally the 3rd confirmation I have gotten back to back for 3 days now bc I spoke against my own church leaders to a group of leaders who then told me my views aren’t aligned and had me step down from leading high school girls I’m currently leading too. So I’m looking for a new church as a result, bc this event also happens to be another reason to walk away for me after a mix of events where I thought something wasn’t right but thought I should’ve kept giving them grace. We all struggle I know what u mean abt victimhood I too am learning to eradicate this. I think with the riots, division and hate many are still there with it and if Ally can be more clear. I've been seeing it too but can't fully explain it yet either. I feel that the message could be that God is asking us to forgive to not hate one another, this earth will never be perfect not until we get to heaven will we experience perfection. But people don't see this.

In order to pull weeds out, you have to water them. Water then until the souls becomes soft, and only then you can pul it out from its roots! If not any root left behind can grow again. It’s the same with our mind. If we water our minds and hearts with God’s Word, we are able to pull out any weeds or seed that God did. It plant in us. God bless you!

I’ve been sad over this division but wow you’re literally the 3rd confirmation I have gotten back to back for 3 days now bc I spoke against my own church leaders to a group of leaders who then told me my views aren’t aligned and had me step down from leading high school girls I’m currently leading too. So I’m looking for a new church as a result, bc this event also happens to be another reason to walk away for me after a mix of events where I thought something wasn’t right but thought I should’ve kept giving them grace. Long story but anyway Thank you again. You’re so encouraging & over the years I’ve watched your videos I can tell you’re legit and just makes me happy to see that especially in this season I’m seeing so many I had no clue would be deceived are being deceived.

I've dealt with something similar before I was delivered.
And believe me... I too wrestled greatly.
We may be mistreated from another person's sin at times in our lives... But don't let the enemy of our soul capture your mind and cause you to walk in a spirit of victimhood ... This can paralyze your walk with Christ, and may cause you to refrain from reaching certain souls God may have wanted to use you to reach...
Put on the mind of Christ 👁️ and take up your shield...
For we are not fighting against flesh and blood...
@@assilem717 amen! Well said. Unfortunately many don't understand their identity in Christ or don't seek to find it. We all struggle I know what u mean abt victimhood I too am learning to eradicate this. I think with the riots, division and hate many are still there with it and if Ally can be more clear. I've been seeing it too but can't fully explain it yet either. I feel that the message could be that God is asking us to forgive to not hate one another, this earth will never be perfect not until we get to heaven will we experience perfection. But people don't see this.
