I hate that Rory supports the same club as me
haaland is washed
He's the worst
+1
He's class mate
A pain we all share. All the top chelsea players over the last 3 decades and our pundit is Rory bloody Jennings
Every prediction I have ever seen Rory make has been 100% incorrect.
Yeah mate Haaland will out score him
I was going to be a few quid on palmer to win the golden boot not much but just in case he does grab it but now this guy has said this Iâm saving my money for sure
Now Rory Jennings has said Cole Palmer will win the Golden Boot, this means he will now not win it.
Itâs not that âboldâ! Heâs currently joint top scorer, and he gets a penalty every week đ
He's literally scored 10 penalties in the league... đ
@@connermahoney4514 itâs a joke, not meant to be taken literally
Can you score a penalty in a big game? Loserpool won against teams under Klopp via penalties. You mean penalties are not important?
@@maneshipocrates2264 can you not cry about a tiny joke!
â @@maneshipocrates2264loserpool? Canât you talk like an adult.
It's not easier playing for man city because nearly every team park the bus, whereas at Chelsea teams attack them leaving a lot more gaps.
Leave him .. He's a clown đ
Actually most teams park the bus because they know itâs effective against Chelsea which is why Chelsea are inconsistent.
Silly comment. Teams park the bus against chelsea as well since they are so easy to roll on the counter.
That is not excuse
Ronaldo and messi were top scorers were decades
Yet teams parks the bus against them yet they managed to score tons of goals
If you are good
You are good
@@nathanelchrist549 yes because they were the best players in the world, city's players are good but not that good lol...
The disrespect to Ollie Watkins whoâs hasnât scored 1 penalty and getting his team into UCL (first time in decades) and European semi finalđ€Ż.
Why don't he take and score penalties to fully compete with the big boys in chasing down that golden boot?
The top scorer with a few games left and it's 'bold' to predict he will be top scorer.
They're both on the same number of goals.
Always I chose Goal Palmer instead of Sako . His name from Cole changes to Goal Palmer .
Whoâs the fella on the right? He looks like heâs not an early riser đ
Foden has that winning mentality. He starts. I like the concept of a midfield of Rice, Jude and Palmer. Very tall individuals. Iâve seen Palmer play there for the U21âs. it does worry me what that means for Jude however. But in the modern game you play a box midfield with the rest/build up phase on of the back 4 comes in to the DM next to Rice. That is made for AVA. However, playing him and Harry in the same back line is way too dangerous in a knock out competition. Thatâs why Walker gives balance. It constantly creates more questions than answers for England.
Chelsea have had no issue creating chances all season. Palmer is just the 1 players who has just stuck 'em in the net consistently. A lot of what Rory says is just patently wrong.
If Pep continues in his with his inflexibility to adapt his system (unlike last season), then Haaland and the City team will not only continue to struggle to score & create resulting in Haaland not winning the Golden Boot, but City will also continue to concede goals to opposition teams due to Pep's absurd high line that is simply not working. The flaws in this system were most evident against Real but the defensive flaws have permeated the entire season. Every team, from Luton Town to Real Madrid to Copenhagen to MU have all not only been the beneficiaries of many great chances for City to concede on the counter, but each team has scored at least 1 goal from Pep's ill thought high line this season.
Is it any wonder that City have conceded more goals in the PL this season with 6 games to go than the entirety of each of the last 3 season they have played? Or that City have the worst defense against counter attacks in the PL or that we have kept fewer clean sheets this season in every competition than we have in our previous 3? And yet, with all that evidence from the Real games conceding goals on the counter down the wide open flanks this week and last to the Chelsea game at the Bridge last fall, Pep's high line is an epic failure and the only thing that has kept City from conceding more goals has been the individual moments of brilliant defending from our defense. But even they can't keep everything out. And its not like all our defenders (all the same starters and squad players with the exception of Gvardiol, who looks to have been additive to the defense) just dropped in performances over last summer and have been consistently poor the whole season. That is statistically not possible and therefore is a system issue, and yet, Pep does nothing.
The longer he continues with this high line, the higher the probability that City going trophyless becomes a reality...
Isaak may have something to say about this
So Rory is advocating for Southgate to play players out of position and then when England donât win the Euroâs weâll all say âBellinghams been tearing it up at Madrid and you play him deep?â lol
Thereâs nothing âboldâ about that claim as heâs now the joint top scorer with Haaland. It only would have been bold if Palmer had something like 12-14 goals. Likewise, 9 of Palmerâs 20 league goals are penalties (45%). That is a huge number. Palmer is a great player but heâd have the exact same amount of goals as Nunez (11) in the league if he didnât take Chelseaâs penalties. People really need to take the high penalty count into consideration when objectively looking at his goal tally. And before people go off on me saying things like âa goal is a goalâ âyouâre discrediting himâ, etc Iâm not. Heâs a very good player but his goal tally needs perspective. Both can be very true.
He is not a striker... he has 13 assists and has created more chances (to guys who cannot score) than anyone else in the league
He's not even a striker. And has the most assists and chances created.
Cold Palmerđ„¶
Great player? đđđ
Anyone with a decent form can look great at Chelsea
I hope we're on the same page when I say Nunez will never convert all 9 of those penalties. Cole Palmer is also the second highest on assist if I may add
@@JDPresents. Take away Palmerâs EPL penalties and his stats look like this: 2,090 minutes played, 11 goals, 9 assists, G/A every 104.5 minutes. Nunez: 1,879 minutes played, 11 goals, 8 assists, G/A every 98.89 minutes played. The reality is Palmerâs penalties highly inflate his stats and output, even if he is a very good player. If Nunez had taken 9 penalties in the EPL this season, heâd have a minimum of at least 5 more goals and his stats suddenly look a lot better. All of it can be true at the same time. Not enough people acknowledge that. They just want to be âright.â
Love how Alex Isak isn't even considered. đ€Ł The lads going to beat them both
Donât underestimate Ollie!! 19 goals 10 assists. 0 penalties đđŒ
Not 1 City fan misses Cole Palmer!!!!! Not even 1 game where we say oh we miss Palmer today! He's a great player for and average team. Palmer couldn't even sit on City's bench. Wish him all the best
Saying someoneâs a great player for an average team is so bloody stupid. Heâs joint top scorer in the league, carrying Chelsea who are now 3pts off 6th with a game in hand and are in an FA Cup semi final. You might not regret it now but once Pep leaves and Palmer is still at Chelsea tearing it up then you will!
@@carefreedax1905half of his goals are penalties and heâs carrying his 1billion pound team to 10thđ€Ł
Heâs class lads. Why would you be negative around such a young guy talent. I know you live pathetic lives but come on.
@@smallarmskepa4390 Weâre currently 9th and 3 points of 6th with a game in hand. Taking the penalties means youâre the best penalty taker in your squad, and he hasnât missed a pen all season so heâs one of the best in the league. Why donât other players take penalties then? Cus itâs a skill they donât possess. How can you knock a man for being able to step up to the plate and score big penalties like equaliser against City, Tottenham and United. You clearly have a bias, heâs an incredible player and if you watched him youâd know that. He scored a perfect hat trick on Monday and youâre here hating in YT comments section. Get a grip.
@@carefreedax1905 I like him as a player but saying heâs joint top goal scorer as if it proves heâs world class, when nine of his 20 goals are penalties. Bit ridiculous mate. Also, âstepping up to the plateâ to move his billion pound club from tenth to ninth. Also not much of an achievement.
Letâs talk when chelsea are no longer complete failures. Until then, we wonât take their players seriously.
Listening to This Rory Guy is like having a tooth Ache. He would speak some truth and then completely blow his point out of Proportion by Speaking about Things Either Biasly or out of Context.. Where did you find this Guy???? Sometimes i wonder if this guy is a True fan of the Club with Nonsense he's encouraging...
The way saka and foden are stepping up for their clubs thats how palmer is also stepping up for his club so he should not score because of you people go and touch wood đ
As at this morning, I was backing Cole Palmer. However, listening to Rory has convinced me to go with Haaland. We all know that Rory is barely right with his predictions. đ€Ł
As a chelsea fan we don't claim this guy
I agree
He has been the player of the year. What's the kerfuffle about?
He's having a lucky season see how he goes over the next few seasons

Ffs rory has jinxed this ...
How many penalties he scored? Ollie Watkins no penalties
Yet again TAA name not mentioned in the equation of young England talentâŠ.âŠâŠffs wake up, TAA is as much as a game changer than anyone elseâŠ!
Not young tho is he

Rory is just awesome đ âđżâđżâ€ïž
Heâs a United fan born and bred, no wonder he wanted to leave!
Big fish, in a little pond. At city he was a little fish in a big pond. Not knocking palmer heâs a class player and I wanted him to stay at city with other academy players like Foden, Oscar and Rico. City are stacked in the academy so I do understand why they let palmer leave for an instant profit along with allowing another academy lad to move through the ranks. Good luck to Palmer
How can anyone make a solid claim about something like that? Ridiculous click bait
If it's that easy to play & score for City, how come he couldn't do it while there??
Micah Richards burst onto the scene
Ollie watkins 1 behind with NO penalties, Bias once again UTV
Stop the haaland hate itâs pathetic he is a ballon doâr in the making winner
Rory iss too overconfident Haaland will come and score 30 goals
I need a second Pair of eyes, am I being blind but it matey falling a kip between 5 and 5.15 minutes while Rory is spouting off.
Isak is much better. Watkins is a different class aswell
Give Roryâs âpredictionsâ thatâs probably him done for the rest of the season now. How talksport allowed him a slot is a mystery
Why does Rory even work for Talksport
If he does good for him but that wouldnât mean heâs a better goal scorer than haaland. Man city have been horrible at creating opportunities for haaland this season compared to last because teams play 0-0-10 formation vs city all season
Rory saying scoring goals for chelsea is not easy. Mate chelsea sits number seven by the most goals in prem.
Penalties, obviously are easier then scoring during normal play.
It is easy scoring penalties btw. Alot easier than scoring from open play. But palmer has still been brilliant. But to say penalties are not easy, is ridiculous. Most players would back themselves to score a pen. But i still think hes really good at pens and that doesnt take away from all the goals hes scored.
Well that's jinxed Palmer then đ
That's Palmer jinxed then
Palmer is Saka you mean
Rory exaggerates , thatÂŽs true, but i think it is for is passion for the game. i didnÂŽt ear anything wrong with that Engand setup. Only Southgate could blow this team in the Euro. Let the kids play what they know and England should be more than ok. đ
These English pundits seriously. How can someone say when pep leaves his greatest legacy will be foden seriously?? Won 3 PL in a row a UCL
20 league goals... 10 penalties đđđđđđđđđ
Is he supposed to miss them? Iâve asked this to loads of people and no ones given an answer
Itâs harder to score from 12 yards than 2. Ask Haaland.
@@Shdhd2347yeah mate heâs supposed to miss them. Hope this helps and answers your question that youâve been asking everyone supposedly đ
he's basically scored 10 goals

To be fair, Man City can score with any player whereas Palmer is involved with literally every goal chelsea score.
Another prediction not coming true then
Rory has been wrong about something to do with Haaland before I canât believe anything he says when it involves himđ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł
I mean you spend over a billion quid % wise you gotta get a gem surely
Itâs not going to happen now Rory has said this is it
Having cole penalty palmer win the golden boot over players that haven't had the opportunity of scoring 10 penalties is ridiculous, he shouldn't even be in the conversation for it, for hatricks against championship opponents its a joke
I think palmer made a mistake leaving city and signing a 7 year deal with chelsea. He could have made a huge difference in the title race and champions league.
???? Probably would have played half a dozen games as a sub 100% right decision probably be playing for Real Madrid or Barcelona in a couple of years
@@peterdinsey7178 I think he would have gotten enough chances at city with debruyne and haaland out for a long time. He could have played for big trophies instead of playing for a stepping stone
@@nutcracke16Chelsea a stepping stone? Chelsea won champions league couple of seasons ago. Just because they are having issues as a result of decisions made by new ownership you think they are doomed to mediocrity. Form is temporary, class is permanent. Barcelona are currently not one of the best teams in the world. Will you consider them to be a stepping stone club?
@@TMartins379 every club is a stepping stone compared to real madrid and sometimes barcelona.
Chelsea will be even weaker after summer because they need to sell players. I don't see them in champions league for couple years. If Palmer leaves in 2 years that 100% makes chelsea his stepping stone
what happened to rorys eye?
Mainoo?!
Halland will score 5 in one of easy opponent and he will be gutted
If Rory said it its Not happening
Palmer is better than Foden. City should have kept him

So jennings plan is to play all those great players out of position. Great plan. Well done. Thats why he isnt a manager.
Needs to be a 4-1-4-1 for England. Similar to how city line up
Pickford
Walker Stones Gomez Shaw
Rice
Saka Bellingham Foden Palmer
Kane
We sold palmer for a low fee, heâs worth double what they paid for him
More than double, he is a ridiculous talent, he's that good that I know whatever Pep says is nonsense. If Pep knew he was this good, he would have been happy to give him a loan or more game time. I know City don't necessarily care that much thanks to their abundance of talent, however it is a blunder from your club, and thank you very much, I wouldn't at all be surprised if he developed into our best ever player.
Someone remind him that Palmer couldn't play for City
If he takes another 10 penalties then yes
Rory chats dribble
The only reason Talksport keeps Rory on the show just to make Chelsea Fans look stupid. đĄ
Palmer is a proper baller
It is not easier to play for a club like Man city who have top players all over the pitch because you have to do so much to outperform the likes of Haaland, KDB, Bernardo, Foden whereas at Chelsea it doesnât take much to look better than Gallagher, Mudryk, and the other average underperforming players there
Wayne Rooney đ lay off that wacky backy Rory
Rory mr flip flop is thereâre a worst pundit gets most things wrong
Yeah but he's fickle asf, next week he'll be saying he's shite and shouldn't go to the euros etc, rory jennings changes his mind more often than most people change pants...
Iâm sorry but I donât even rate Palmer to start for England, donât care about the stats heâs not a good player at all
Oh so now he's lowering his club's standards just to put Pole Pampers on some pedestal..
The guy's even got 9 penalties..
He's talking as if he's scored cracking goals up until now đ
Ah your anti english agenda again đ obbsessed
Itâs over gents this muppet has jinxed Palmer, his football opinions never come to fruition
The host needs to learn to breath through his nose. His mouth breathing into the mic is distracting.

cole palmer 20 goals 19 penalties lol
To be fair no one cares when they win the World Cup on pens đ€·ââïž
Both was made by pep
I'm sorry cole palmer đ
Rory comes out with some daft commentary.

Letâs calm down and stop acting like heâs the next Ronaldo because he scored a few penalties for a mid table club.
So are u saying that palmer will go and play midfield and defence for Chelsea đ and Chelsea are 9th
What is wrong with scoring penalties bro he has 9pens so how did he score the remaining goals to make it 20
@@user-jo3fk9rq6qletâs try to use your brain, or what little there is if it, next time you reply to a comment. What is wrong with scoring penalties? Nothing.
