- Double-pulse testing is the standard method for measuring the switching parameters of MOSFETs or IGBT power devices. Historically it has been a time-consuming process. However, the Tektronix AFG31000 arbitrary function generator has a built-in software application that enables double-pulse testing right from the touchscreen. Watch this demonstration of how it, in concert with a 5 Series B MSO oscilloscope, IsoVu probes, 2470 source measure unit, and 2281S power supply, provides a measurement solution for MOSFETs or IGBT power devices.

Can we make the high voltage more than +5V in the double pulse test, let us say 15V for example?
Is that possible to use display output as a seconds screen? In example to see waveforms on one and data decided table on other?
