    This video is part of the ITIL® 4 Foundation eLearning Course, by Ivor Macfarlane (co-author of ITIL®). ITIL® is the most popular guide for IT Service Management. Foundation is the first level of certification in ITIL®. After you become certified, you have the option to proceed to the Practitioner, Intermediate, Expert, and Master levels.
    Most people who are certified in ITIL® find the Foundation certificate sufficient for their goals.

      These are free, you have to buy the rest of the lessons. Considering the quality of 1-11, I'd say it is worth it.
