I recovered my account once, changed everything on there and also enabled 2 factor authentication. My account still got hacked again, my email was changed. Idk how they can do that without my password or the 2 factor authentication code. If your account is hacked once, it will be hacked again n again so no point just keep logging in your account and checking your email for any email change done on your account and recover as soon as possible. I have recovered my account for the second time in the last 3 days as it keeps getting hacked. Riot needs to fix this issue where once your account is hacked, the hackers can raise a ticket to recover it on their email as their email was associated with the account after hacking it. Im looking for a solution to stop my account getting havked hence i found this video.
Write email saying this story and also keep a written email proof that you will not change you email for next 1 year atleast, it's ok just write it for proof. so if there any change in email ask them to understand its not you. The hackers sometime assigns AI's to auto hack accounts. But all we can do is secure account more and keep good communication with riot.

Riot Support : Dont click any link from any social media sites for free skins,RP,VP and dont login to any sites rather than authorized riot site. And if you account got hack check your riot email for recover your account a password change link will be given with that you can change your password and always enable two factor authentication. Remind never ever click any link from any social media sites Riot dont give authority to any influncer.youtuber or esportsplayer to give players free vp,rp or any other cosmetics. Share this info. with your friends.
Its been 2 harsh days since my account got hacked and raising the ticket didn’t seems to work I had so spent a lot of money on my account and played around 300+ hours this is the worst day of my life and every time I think about it I think that you grind on an account and it takes just 2 minutes for hackers to snatch that account from you 😢

You just mention that you were not serious when signing up so didn’t use the date of birth exactly. In the extra notes they will understand.

Hello I got my account back. When I launch the game in that account it shows secure boot verification fail. If I launch the game in other account it doesn't show like that. Please help me.

Yes you will get it. Don’t worry. First agent, right the closest you remember and mention you don’t remember it exactly. It’s fine, once you get a reply you can write them explanation. It is kind of important, but try to skip it and then put all other information accurately.

It happend to me but luckily i went to riot help website and automated recovery tool then i submitted some details and they sent me password change link in my email and i changed my pass. Now my id is safe
