I am 14 y/o girl and I've been constipated, i tried taking Isabgol and all and it helped i tried exercises but after I took Nityam that day my stomach clearred nicely but the next day i couldn't poop then after that i took it then also another day i pooped nicely but after that i couldnt , what should I do ?
