I've been a construction worker for over 45 years and the character Roscoe is dead nuts typical old school. Old timers ran the job sights. Apprentices were allowed to do two things, do as they were told and keep their mouth shut. Now these high school Herbie's think they have a right to signal a tower crain. That's an old timer's job. We have paid our dues. Now we have to be nursemaids to disrespectful mouthy little punks. I used to love construction. The places I went the things I built the people I met were truly amazing. Now I hate going to work because some punk high schooler thinks he can disrespect me like he disrespects his mother.
To be fair Rosco is so old that if isn't done by the now out dated ways he done things since the Fall of Rome, he'll call it wrong anyway. New Kid just needs to learn to bust balls and little more and stand his ground.
