    Tangzhong:
    30 gr all-purpose flour
    150 gr milk
    Dough:
    150 gr all-purpose flour plus more for dusting
    180 gr cake flour
    ½ tsp salt
    4 gr instant yeast
    50 gr sugar
    20 g oil
    60 g whole milk start with this amount
