Your cooking style continues to be so unique and I love it. I find beef ribs way easier to cook than brisket and maybe I like them better. Your thoughts on short ribs vs brisket?
I appreciate that thank you, change/unique is always a game changer in my book. Nothing gets more tiring then the same old same old. I love to change it up from time to time and as far as ribs over brisket, just comes down to time money and the cooker. You need space and time to cook a brisket to come out on point. Ribs are more money but less time and headache. At the end of the day I'm a rib lover anything bone in is first choice for me lol, thank you for watching my friend grill on.
