If Micky's watching the first 5 seasons of Thomas The Tank Engine & Friends (the ones based mostly the original Railway Series books and directed by David Mitton) then no wonder he was getting so into it. Bloody good telly those first 5 seasons are!
And he's right about Toby. He's old and seen it all, he stays out of bullshit drama but stirs it up in others for his own amusement. Gives no shits and just wants to have a secret laugh. Once you notice this personality trait you'll keep seeing it.
@Grumpy Git if it was that simple, the newer seasons that weren't based on the books would've been good too. But they sucked. As did that awful series they did in CGI and the new cartoon. You can't even tell the difference in quality?! Absolute melt. LOL

the only thing I know about Thomas the Tank Engine, is a mash up with Beyounce's 'Single Ladies' . you start up the TTE opening theme music with the 'Single Ladies' video and you get a very pleasant surprise. think Pink Floyd's DSotM and Wizard of Oz.

The name of the 2 episodes is the sad story of Henry and Henry Edward and Gordon.
