  • Hey hey Pipsters! If you know me, you know that I am extremely BIG on reviews! I usually don’t ever try a product without first checking out the reviews. Because of that, I often get asked a lot of questions regarding the various products that I use. This has led me to my next venture on the MissPippiXO channel of Product Reviews!! Check out my first ever Product Review on the Shea Moisture Baby & Kids line of hair and skin products. Let me know in the comments below how you found this review and be sure to hit that SUBSCRIBE button if you’re interested in seeing more! Thanks again and stay blessed! XO

    I agree with you about shea moisture products. They work great! I have a biracial daughter ( half black, half hispanic) and I have been using shea moisture products on her hair since she was 8 months old. She's now about 2 years old. I use the shampoo and conditioner and the detangler (daily) for her hair. I also don't use the curling butter cream it made my daughter''s hair look weighed down and way too oily. The detangler is better. I wash her hair twice a week. I love the smell of her hair after I wash it, the scent stays in her hair for about 2 or 3 days. Love the review!

      What age can I start with these products she is one week old.
      Should I wait until three months or after?

    Thank you so much for this video. My son is 4 months old and his hair is just like you described. Soft nice texture on top. Super dry and brittle in the middle where it's balding and nice texture on the very bottom. Im a first time mom. Ive tried so many things. I was ready to cut his little hair off. Now i will try this. Thanks

    Heyyy! New sub here! I use the exact same Shea Moisture products on my babies and I'm in LOVE! I just shared a little demo with my 10 month old using the coconut hibiscus moisturizer. I honestly like it for myself too, but don't tell nobody. Lol! Great review!

    Will the body wash for kids sting their eyes if it gets in their eyes? It doesn't mention that they are tear-free like Johnson & Johnson baby wash.

    • @MissPippiXO
      @MissPippiXO  Před 7 lety +2

      I've used these products personally and have found the baby specific products to be tear-free, however the kids products does tend to sting.

    • @MissPippiXO
      @MissPippiXO  Před 7 lety +2

      I think 4 months is a perfect age to start with these products, however, I would suggest using only a pea size amount and not washing the hair too frequently. Once a week should be more than sufficient! :)

    • @kiralewis9981
      @kiralewis9981 Před 7 lety

      amber dossous nothing at first. But wash hair as needed not with every bath. Then just find a good conditioner. And a leave in, or curl cream. Only shampoo for smell and product build up. Do nothing for the first few months. At least until the babies skin sheds fully.

    • @MissPippiXO
      @MissPippiXO  Před 7 lety

      I've never considered that, but that it is also a great suggestion and will try that one out for myself as well!

    • @MissPippiXO
      @MissPippiXO  Před 7 lety +1

      Personally, I waited several months before using any products in my son's hair. I would suggest using only virgin olive oil or coconut oil in a child so young. However, the baby line of products do say they are specifically for baby's, but they do not indicate any specific minimum age.

      Thanks so much! I would definitely recommend the Raw Shea Butter Chamomile & Argan Oil Baby Eczema Therapy lotion! On the extra cold days, I also find combining the eczema therapy lotion with some Vaseline can really help to lock in the moisture. Best of luck! :)
