Nothing more to be done now, except feel as fresh as possible on the start. Well done getting the training in!

Thank you!! Yeah that’s what I keep telling myself but it knocks your confidence a bit. I felt in a good place up until then.
Hoping it disappears with a few days off 🤞🏼

I hope it’s nothing serious. Take it easy on these last two weeks.

Thanks, 🤞🏼it isn’t. I’m taking a few days off and see what it’s like Thursday.

I overdid leg day (no running that day) last week and am still paying for it too. Just taking it easy until every little quirk goes away. It will probably make my race pace shit this weekend but better safe than sorry...

Hopefully it improves for you. What are you up to this weekend? London?
I’m not gonna do a lot now until race day, may rethink my approach to the race as well.

@@CarlTheAmateurRunner No, just a local race (I'm in the USA). Running in Zone 2 doesn't seem to make things any worse. So I'm just avoiding weighted leg exercises, faster running training, and being very careful with my calisthenics/yoga.

@@hgrabows USA wow! Thanks for watching!
I think you’re right, easy runs and not over doing it is the right thing to do.
      Good luck with your race!!
