His voice`s color reminded me more of Del Monaco. But, when he sang "...Disciogliea dai veli..." , I understood why he reminded you of di Stefano. His pianissimo is amazing.

Why is the Ton so different?
Either something went very wrong with the recording or he is mic’ed up. The sound totally changed at 2:26 onwards. Almost like they intentionally boosted his volume for the last dramatic ending.
There is nothing wrong here. To the contrary this young singer is just fabulous. This performance was flawless. 3:02
I’ve heard from many people that he has this odd ability to almost supernova his sound above the stave. But i think you’re right in that as he’s get’s closer to the recording equipment he’s immensely louder.
He got closer to the floor mic at the edge of the stage. It's that simple. Didn't you see him move forward?
He reminds more Corelli, great tenor!
It's a magnificent performance but those blistering top notes worry me.
I think he needs to pace himself.
His larynx is super low
Why orchestra is playing so slow? Poor Tetelman is already dying... He sings great however, but please, don't kill singers with that kind of tempos...
