5:17 to 6:17 - I walked up the stairs together with a completely silent audience after having watched this movie. It was a pretty depressing ending, but hearing this part in the end credits gave us some hope again for our beloved protagonist.
CSZDragon Zimmer is one of the most overrated composers of this century. He is good, but vastly overrated and over exposed compared to others. And his music has become one dimensional since Gladiator.
It's been 11 years and I can't still believe it. I cannot get passed the credits when seeing in memory of our friend Heath Ledger. R.I.P. my friend you are never forgotten god bless we still have your little Matilda.
The best part (IMO) is 1:53 - 4:00. Although, of course, like a solution without a problem, it wouldn't be quite the same without what comes right before. .

There is not another 3 sequel of movie that comes even close to the quality of these films, directing, dialogue, and depth. Nolan is a damn genius, and we are lucky to his work. It is like seeing Rembrandt or Van Goh live.

Christopher Nolan's direction, Hans Zimmer's score, Christian Bale's Batman, Wally Pfister's cinematography, and Lee Smith's editing are all amazing, but Heath Ledger's absolutely breathtaking and mesmerising performance as the Joker is perhaps the greatest aspect of this entire movie. As far as I'm concerned, Heath Ledger as The Joker is the greatest acting performance of all time. Such a shame we lost him so soon. He deserved all those awards, particularly the Oscar. RIP Legend.

the dark knight is not just a movie you watch for fun its the mirror of the real life, he is the symbol of hope, strength, sacrifice, This movie is more than a movie. he is the hero world need rignt now
without words...... Me, my mom and my brother saw the movie in theaters when it came out. My brother took my mom with us because he wasn´t old enough to come alone yet :D:D. When the end titles began to play we just all sat there, not talking....speechless. Afterwards my mom said: I have never seen anything like that. haha. she just came along so my brother could see the film! I think that is when you know you have seen an aaawesome movie: you just sit there, speechless....thinking:....WOW!

Hans Zimmer is Godlike, he did sound tracks for- Lion King, Black Hawk Down, Gladiator, Pirates of the Carribean, inception, and so on. His sound track compliments great movies.
You got it right there. TDKR: How Batman truly falls and rises again. The intensity of the first fist fight between Batman and Bane + Bane's dialogue and accent (Vader-ish) during the fight just does it. TDK: Shit starts when Joker is in charge. Things take a turn for the worse just when you thought it got better. I think some people think TDK is better because the protagonist didn't win in the end even though it looked like he would, and that's out of the ordinary for superhero movies.
