Don't ever put yourself down by saying you don't know stuff. You spend your life learning about things you've never experienced before. Chris was referring to closed minded people, and that ain't you.
Well said💯❣️
Big difference 🧠💯
Close minded people wouldn't spend their days making videos reacting to and learning about all the stuff they've never heard/seen/known/listened to before.
Imagine having the ability to access the vast knowledge of all mind kind, and learn whatever you want . . . . And then being like "Nah, I'm good" thats ignorance lol, and that ain't you my man
exactly! admitting you genuinely don't know something with a willingness to learn is a sign of intelligence
"When I go the the ATM, I'm not looking over my back for the media." Hilarious and loaded with truth.
You know what the sad part about this is:
Even though this was from 1996, it's still very much applicable to this day
The relevance to today is damned spooky.
@@Gyrfalcon312 Ikr
@Con Descending - Nope, the description really isn't exaggerating. I was... 10 when this came out as an HBO special. Never watched it then, just rebroadcasts many years later when I had finished high school and was working and could browse the 'Net freely.
@Con Descending nope this was from 1996
Pac said in the song changes "some things neva change"
I miss the days when comedians could get away with these kinda jokes and not get hated because of it 😢
I'm trying to figure out who to send to because Jesus knows I'm a white woman and cannot share on Facebook. Sad world because it's funny and true.
You're the only one whining here
Truth
@mark tamayo well, he can't be. We live in an overly politically correct, censored society.
@@joecrandle4969 The world is lamenting the Marxist takeover of America, pal. It's not whining...we're mourning a DEATH.
I know its supposed to be comedy but Chris Rock was spitting so much truth
Well most jokes are funny because they are based on a reality. A reality which is usually taboo to mention in some way
The thing about this was that Chris thought his career was on the downhill so he decided to let it all rip and hold nothing back. Funny thing was it ended up being one of his greatest specials.
What does "nigga" mean nowadays?
all great comedy is truth.. you only laugh when it rings true
@@overdrive7349"nigga" means an ignorant black man, they tend to be the trouble makers, extremely disrespectful and dangerous if you challenge them. They also look for the "soft targets" to do their crimes. It's totally different from black people and niggas. Every detail of what Chris Rock is saying is true, that is why racism still exist, because ignorant niggas like to ruin just about everything.
There are ignorant people of ALL kinds!!!! Seriously! I look sideways at people who look sketchy, acting shifty...no matter what their race. 🤷♀️
@Mike Mike Right? I'll take that one step further though and say we are all ethnocentric: we all feel less threatened by our own race.
Example: This only works if both groups are obviously up to mischief or not. So on 1 side of street there's 5 black guys hanging out. On the other side of street 5 white guys. If you're white, you walk down white side, black it's the other side.
This works with ANY ethnicity, it could be black and Latino, Asian and Latino, white and Asian...... I'd even say it would be the same with 1 group from Mexico and 1 from Chile or 1 from Korea and 1 from Japan.
Point being that we all feel more secure with our own ethnic group. The only exception MIGHT be if you'd spent your whole life from babyhood up with another group
Youre just hella prejudice
@Mike Mike i already do that i live in nyc its worse in the day than it is at night
I just try my best not to be one of those ignorant, shitty people..lol
@@docmanhtn8345 Saying there are sketchy people of all races and having to be aware of who is in your vicinity? How is that prejudice?! You’re hella (🙄) ignorant.
He's. Brutallly honest. He has a skit explaining how not to get f'd up by the cops. Even more relevant today
Called "How not to get your ass kicked by the police"
Chris Rock kills it every time. He's a legend
Dude named George Carlin is pure wisdom and laughs.

60's, Redd Foxx
70's Richard Pryor
80's Eddie Murphy
90's Chris Rock
2000's Dave Chappelle
2010's Kevin Hart

Kevin Hart LOL
We need Leo to go on tour! Been sayin this
50s forward---->MOMS MABLEY!!!!!
2010's Donald Glover
The really good comedians always use humor for their strengths. For Chris Rock, it was speaking truth to power.
Like my dad taught me my whole life, "son, you don't have to be black to be the "N" word. You judge a man by his values and the way he treats his family. There are people of every race I wouldn't cross the street to shake their hands. But there are others I'd cross the desert to help if they needed it."
Kirby Puckett was a legendary baseball player for the Twins. RIP
I remember him! He stomped a mudhole in our asses ( braves) in the last world series I watched. 92,93? Yes he was phenomenal. Major league sports players were whining about their salaries and I took my loyalties elsewhere. Shout out to the legendary Bo Jackson!!!

Chris Rock is hilarious your reaction is priceless to everyone who read this I hope you have a wonderful day and night😊❤🤗
Aww thank you and same to you!! :)
I hope you have a great day/night as well.
I mask the guilt of having racist tendencies by twisting everyone else’s comments and projecting myself onto them.
Hope you having a wonderful day too
As a 63 year old white woman…I love Chris Rock…no matter what or who he’s talking about…HE SPEAKS THE TRUTH!!!
He had to perfect that bit for years in the clubs before he could break it out on tv without getting booed off the stage. Much props for stepping over the line to find the funny. Only the greats can do that.
Bring the Pain is one of the greatest stand up shows of all time.
If you’re doing everybody, make sure to check out Mitch Hedberg.
Absolutely Mitch is on a different level!!!! 👍
Man that dude was ridiculously funny. So off the wall..
The best

I LOVE MITCH!
You have such a polite comment section too, you can tell your fans care about you as well as you trying to please everyone. You're likeable, we'll keep watching.
This bit bombed for a year or 2 as he worked on it but he knew he had a gem and kept working it and rewording it in small clubs. Then he knew it was good and it is one of the most memorable stand up bits ever
Chris Rock spitting truth here, abso-fucking-lutely! Any stand up comic worth the title spits truth, it's just to what degree and from what angle.
Kirby Puckett was a black MLB player for the twins, one of the greatest hitters of all time rip Kirby he died in 2006
It came out of a little College( TRITON) in River Grove Illinois... HE was built like a human tree stump( I mean that in the beast way possible) HE WON A BATTING TITLE/ WON 2 WORLS?SERIS
I still have my t-shirt that says "I'm not racist, I hate everyone".
Lmao @everybody.... doesnt get anymore honest then that!!!
Hate is a strong word.. do you hate children?? Puppies???
When you know better, you do better@! No hate... pray!
@@c4wolf_ - but bro... if he would love any other category, even children and dogs, it would mean he is discriminating, hence racist. By hating everyone, he doesn't discriminate, so he's not racist... it's even better as it covers all other denominations, women, alphabet people, fats, christian, muslims or jews. So it cover equality and equity at the same time. :D

Leo, you have to watch DOGMA on your movie channel! Chris Rock has a supporting role. It's hilarious and you won't regret it!!
Great movie and excellent role with a brilliant few lines spoken by Chris Rock on beliefs vs. ideas. Top tier Kevin Smith movie.
Rufus the 14th apostle😅
Amen to that. He's good in Jay and Silent Bob in Hollywood
I wish you were trying to take a drink when he said. On the first day of welfare. The spit take would be legendary
For the record I'd like to say that I never did it with my sister or first cousins but I do have John Mellencamp records and don't apologize for it. Chris Rock is easily a top 10 comedian of all time.
The most ticked off white girl I ever met was the one I suggested to (mildly) that Mellencamp needed to figure out a name and just stick to it instead of changing it every few years. He made good music (probably still does) but some of his worshipers were a little bit nuts in the '90's.
This is fucking hilarious. Very cleverly putting ‘first’ before cousins, instead of just saying cousins. Whether that was on purpose or not, rock on, brother! 😂👍🏻
Chris Rock always puts on a hysterical show 👏🤣
Kirby Puckett is a Hall of Fame baseball player ( centerfeild)
He won two World Series titles with the Twins 87 and 91
I lived all around Southern California for 52 yrs, I can tell you it's true.
Every race has problems. It’s definitely important to be able to laugh at ourselves. Keep up the good work my friend.
The facial expressions you make when you hear something shocking are just getting more and more epic! :D
It’s my favourite part of his reactions lol
Chris Rock has cracked up this Caucasian European woman for decades!!
Chris Rock is my favorite comedian because he will go where most won’t.
I totally second the suggestion that you check out some Mitch Hedberg. And for the record, Kirby Puckett played baseball for the Minnesota Twins
I'm here for it!! I seen it many times. You need Richard Pryor live on Long Beach
You da man Leo!

Richard reactions are a must. I'd love to see tons of those here. George Carlin too. Both actual GOATs in their respective style.

Sinbad's 'Brain Damaged' is as good as it gets in the 90's. This is my favorite bit of his.

A few years ago I did some work at a house in Watts. The sweetest, and most wonderful family I had ever done work for. The front of the house was riddled with bullet holes that I had to stucco over.
The father told me that he was glad his son was in prison, and hoped he never got out until he made the necessary changes in his life. His daughter was one of the most beautiful girls I had ever seen, and was finishing her cosmetology education.
I was so impressed with them.
Two sides of very different coins all in one family.
You are honestly one of my favorite people to watch now!! I love how real and genuine you are!

Don't think Chris Rock is underrated !
If anything, Chris Rock is probably a bigger draw in Europe than Dave Chappell ?!?

Chris Rock's intelligence really stands out to me. Clever.
When his jokes end with that big, all teeth showing smile,
too funny.
At one time he was at the top of the list. He started making movies and that is why no one really knows about his stand-up anymore
Chris Rock was spot on. I learned the difference quickly after living in the U.S. for less than a year.
If I remember correctly Chris Rock took a lotta heat over this. He was gettin a lot of hate back then.
And oldie but goodie to react to is Abbott and Costello's ,"Who's on First."
7 into 28 figure that one out
I’ve been wishing they would do a new kings of comedy tour with Cris Rock, Dave Chapelle, Bill Burr etc.
Christopher Titus, Bill Engvall, DL Hugely...
That would be dope 💯❣️
That trio doing a comedy routine that benefits a charity in Compton or East Los Angeles focused on actually solving black on black crime would be incredibly powerful, and a nice middle finger to the race baiters.
Chris Rock's inspirational
He said this bit bombed for over a year but he knew something was there. Now it's one his most iconic bits.
I wanna go to USA and be at least one week visitor in black family, I’m sure that I will have most funny week at my life, this write white guy from Europe, greetings 🖖🖤

In Europe, speaking of different races is the most racist thing you can do.
@@mattbecham3094 thats a weird take lmao. The issues everyone blame of black people have more to do with poverty than skincolor. In Europe thats how it is for the most part.
