"You know who Caitlyn Jenner is right?" Then neither of them proceed to know who exactly Caitlyn is. Dude..I spit beer all over my monitor. That was like a comedy routine!
Hey, Caitlyn Jenner is a stunning and brave woman, mmmmmOK? And don't you dare forget it! Buckle up Buckaroos!😁
The hilarious part is Mr Video saying I Don’t Know! 🤣🤣
@@v.j.3029 PC principal approves 😂
Caitlyn Jenner was also an Olympic athlete when she was still Bruce Jenner.
to be fair Caitlyn Jenner doesn't know who Caitlyn is!😕
I always lose my shit when Tom Hanks says "What is not a damn thing?" 😂🤣
This skit does have a good message at its core.
And I've been saying it forever. I've been fortunate to have been around many cultures in my life. We're more alike than we are different.
The powers that be just want us to focus on our differences to keep us divided. We'll never be a United country until we realize that.
Amen!! There's only one race.... the HUMAN race! Peace....
Yep yep!
The message of this sketch is that poor white people have more in common with poor black people than they do rich white people. All politics are class politics. And fuck the identitarians.
Amen brother.
@@rucksacks 100% its class issues, not race issues. However there is a reason the media and big corporations only push the race issue. It's easy woke points and they can get away with screwing their own employees all in the name of diversity. The easiest time to conquer are when a nation is divided.
"Team America World Police" will have you laughing so hard you'll get an ab workout.

Have you done Mr. Robinson’s neighborhood on SNL with Eddie Murphy? Hilarious.
Or Celebrity Hot Tub as James Brown.
No, wait. When Eddie Murphy was James Brown as "Annie"!
"The sun'll come out-a. Good God y'all. Ta-morrow" 🤣

@@melissaw704 LOL ANYTHINY Eddie Murphy! I remember the Mr Robinson's Neighborhood. He was hysterical!!!

" lives that matter" Tom Hanks " I got alot to say about that", Kenan " I bet you do" omg that is the funniest stuff ever I cried from so much laughter 🤣😂🤣😂
As a sociology master's student, I *died* when I saw this skit because it's literally saying that poor white people have more in common with black people than rich white people which is 1000% true
Precisely. The main difference is the cultural grievances. (Christian nationalism and all that it covers, mainly).
Precisely. The intersectionality of classism and racism. The "us" vs "them" should be working class folks against the mega wealthy and corporations. The proletariat vs bourgeoisie.
Which is the entire point of right wing culture issues. To pit the working classes against each other while trying to convince the individual that they're just a multimillionaire in waiting. *"You* can be insanely wealthy, too! Just be a class traitor. Hate your neighbor, not your boss. Aren't trans people weird? Now pay no mind while I rob you blind..."
Politicians on the right have done such a good job at mixing faith with politics, preachers have been told their preaching was too "liberal" after he read from the Sermon from the Mount.
So you're saying broke people have more in common with broke people than rich people? 😅
@@cctomcat321 I find that genuinely interesting, I'm not even joking. Because from the rural point of view ( rural folks are generally all the same no matter their race ) we are experiencing the mirror opposite, and we see it coming from the left. To pit the working class against each other based on race and sex, intersectionality, city vs rural, and gender ideology to divide people into little small groups that they feel like they have to identify with and defend. Then stir the pot and watch all of the little identities fight themselves instead of the problem, the unelected continual corporate government, aka the deepstate. You'd probably call them the corporations, fascists, or commies, they are all the same thing. From the rightwing rural point of view we just want to get along with everyone based on their individuality, but ideologies keep getting forced into our communities through the government and corporate systems almost like they are trying to purposefully attack the culture. Just like I wouldn't want rural Appalachian culture forced into a school in Portland Oregon or Brooklyn New York, the opposite it true. We are being told that we are evil because we kinda miss the government style of America in the 80's and 90's, where we had plenty of national and international problems but everything was okay because the government and media weren't demonizing citizens and everyone put in the effort to get along. They are pitting small cultures against each other that are in truth actually far removed from each other and not an actual threat from the view of the common man of any race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, or religion.
@grimmmetals5290 respectfully, you should probably look up some of those terms. Some of them are opposed to each other. Especially what it means to be "right-wing."
Sorry, but it just sounds like you have a bunch of uneducated people talking about how they feel vs what's happening. If you guys love equity and equality, then you wouldn't be having any issue with other types of people. But I'd wager a big topic of conversation is "DEI and the woke nonsense."
Never mind how easy it is to pit the uneducated against their own interests. Especially when it comes to the uneducated white guy. A certain LBJ quote about pockets comes to mind.
You can't whip around terms like "fascism" and "commie" (I'm a socialist) and expect them to mean the same thing. They don't. If you're worried about fascism? Go read the Heritage Foundation's Plan for 2025.
When fascism comes to American shores, it will be draped in the flag, carrying a Bible and wearing a little cross necklace. And while you all argue about stuff most of you don't know about? Your bosses are selling out more futures down the line for short-term gains. Look up wage vs productivity, look up average cost of living increase over 50 years, the average first time ownership of a house increase, etc.
The progressive "left" telling people that it's OK to be more than a white cis male aren't your issue. It's culture war nonsense literally drummed up in a think tank to accomplish exactly what you just did. Muddy the waters so bad, you can't tell your toe from a rock.
But let's rock this out in good faith. What are some examples? Because you simultaneously claim to want individualism while saying individualism is being forced on you.
This is why Trump loves the uneducated voter. And for the record? Democrats and liberals aren't "the left." They're centrists with a leaning to left or right depending.
All the Black Jeopardy sketches are great, but this is the best one.
Aoe😊
This is my first time seeing this and I think it makes a point about how the working class has a lot more in common than the crap that divides us. It's actually kind of deep.

Hey Fellas. I read up on how this Black Jeopardy with Tom Hanks happened/came about. The SNL cast said that they weren't sure that Tom would pull it off as Doug during rehearsals but that he knocked it outta the park & became Doug when the time came to do it live. Tom ad libbed that backing up hands up move when Keenan came to shake his hand. The move WAS NOT in the script/rehearsals. It 'IS' magnificent Tom Hanks after all! :-D
They were worried Hanks couldn't pull off a part? Are they stupid?

That's terrible. Some people are just miserable asses and feel they have the right to spread their misery. What comes around goes around.
Black Jeopardy is usually pretty funny. The SNL Celebrity Jeopardy skits are also really funny.
Your brother is your polar opposite. Your amazing energy that we're all accustomed too is significantly reduced with him next to you. He's hella low key and you're naturally oozing good vibes.
Dude, I love your brother!
Seriously, does your brother even have a sense of humor? Buzz kill.
All of the Black Jeopardy skits are hilarious (especially the one with Chadwick Boseman and the one with Eddie Murphy). I also recommend the SNL Family Feud skits! Keenan as Steve Harvey has me DEAD.
This is actually one of the slickest SNL skits they have had in a while. It pokes fun at stereotypes obviously, but what it ultimately does is show that people from completely different backgrounds, races etc... actually have more in common than they think. It makes you wonder why there is so much fighting when it's so easy to find some common ground.... even if you don't always agree on everything.
All Black Jeopardy sketches are SO GOOD! Been loving Keenan for almost 30 years!
Seeing Kenan Thompson on SNL reminds me of my childhood when he was on All That. Wish they would put Kel on there!
Well, it's not SNL but check this one out bro. czcams.com/video/odQQ4jgGpFU/video.html

Welcome to Goodburger, home of the Goodburger, can I take your order please?
Kenan and Kel both auditioned I believe, and it was a "one open role" situation. They picked Kenan, feeling that he was more versatile in his character work.
I remember watching this live. Tom Hank’s can play any and every role known to mankind! ❤️
"Yes! Yes!" Best delivery of the sketch. Keenan is a master.
this sketch proved it was more of a class thing.
This is one of the best skits snl has ever done. It was topical and funny without being crude.
Keep telling Lorne Michaels - Mr Video needs to be on Saturday Night Live. He's made for it.
Hell yeah he would be so good on SNL!!!!!!!😲😲😲
@GKeeper316 He has charisma.
@@ukrbs06 you have to be white and Jewish to audition
@@selfishstockton6123 Absolutely! I mean, that's how Keenan did it.
@GKeeper ... exactly how is saying that someone would be good on a certain platform saying that it would be easy?
Improv is at the root of SNL skits, and forms the basis of the writing style employed, and Mr. Video puts out improvisional content every day. He distinguishes himself from other reactors with his ability to reference aspects of pop culture, current events and personal experience in an often humorous way. So much so that he has been acknowledged by some of thise he reacts to.
Can he use training? Probably. Is he getting traing through his content creation? Absolutely.
If he so desired, he can look to speed up the process. Second City in Chicago is a 4 hour drive from his base in Toledo. Right now they have online classes that he would not even have to commute for. There is also probably local places where he could further develop his talent.
Oh my gosh, my favorite Black Jeopardy episode ever!!!! Tom Hanks KILLS IT! 💕
Tom Hanks is so good with this kind of comedy.
Tom Hanks is an absolute gem every time he is on SNL
And you guys are a riot

Tom Hanks did the Eulogy for Michael Clarke Duncan's Funeral, they were both in the Green Mile, powerful stuff.
Black Jeopardy is one of SNL's best skit series ever.
There's something more deep to this. And I love it. It shows we're all the same. Our skin color doesn't matter, we both have things that we both love. We're not so different

Great series of skits - and there are actually at least 6 of them in total! Off the top of my head: Louis CK, Elizabeth Banks, Drake, Tom Hanks, Chadwick Boseman, and Eddie Murphy. IMO, Hanks and Boseman are the funniest ones. 🙂
This is one of the best bits SNL has done in decades. It's actually funny. It's also pretty wholesome. If I were any whiter, I'd be clear, but I live in the south. The difference between me and the black dude a farm over is pigment. We like the same foods, go to the same church, laugh at the same jokes and mostly like the same music. I'm just a lighter shade of brown than he is. Our kids play together all the time. I know racism is still a thing, but it's not much of one around here.
Also, Hey big brother. Good to have you around. Have a great night yall.
I grew up in the South. I don’t know why racism is still a thing. Our valedictorian, head cheerleader and Homecoming Queen were all one girl named Keena, one of the country’s best and brightest and I hope she’s gotten all she worked for. But still there wasn’t that much mixing and people in town were in the Klan (all quiet like) and I don’t get it. They got Doug right, though. I knew a lot of Dougs.
@@BeeWhistler I've known many myself. And I don't know either. Oddly, I think the South has got it together these days far better than other places. When I was a little kid, I knew a couple of Klan guys myself, but all that is either gone now or so far underground that you can't see it unless you look hard and really want to find the bastards. I've never had a racially motivated problem in my life and I don't think anyone in the family has either. I'm in N Fla and my pop is from Ga, my ma is from here and I'm a seventh generation Floridian.
@@BeeWhistler It's hard to be a racist when you live right next door.
@@hillybillysillysally5086 Two points. Hate is taught, not born. People quit teaching hate and it will go away. Secondly, any statement that starts out, "Hey I'm not racist but..." tends to be an effed up statement.
At any rate, have a good day.
One of my all time favorite SNL skits...next to "I need more cowbell!" of course
Love this skit! I guess the broomstick on the ceiling goes across the races 😂 we had a witch of a woman who lived in the apartment below us in Brooklyn and every time my younger siblings would run around, the witch would bang her broomstick on the ceiling and then my Mom would freak out on everyone. Every damn day.. I mean come on, kids have to play a bit; I hated that woman, Mrs. Watine.

Stereotypes are borne out of reality. Every group bears them.
They allow us to laugh at ourselves and they help us to look inward.
Some are true and some are false.
Its up to us as humans to have the humility to be introspective and admit our faults and hold up our strengths.
Good luck people.

This is one of the best written sketches SNL has done this decade. It’s the opposite of tone deaf; it’s very clever and relatable. Yeah, the message is we have a lot more in common than we may expect, but that doesn’t mean we have to sit through racist tirades either. I’m not black but he prolly shouldn’t go to the cookout 😂
