- I recently re-watched Up and I just love the movie so much! So I looked for a paper model and I found one made by Paper-Replika. Its really nice!

Is it possible to make this from a hard paper? I am planning to use the templates to draw on cardboard and assemble the house from that drawings, after that i will try to glue templates onto the parts of the house. As someone having done this project, can you say that if this is possible? :)
Oh yea for sure, I would increase the size in the printer dialog and then cut out the parts and glue to maybe cardboard, I would ignore the flaps and just cut the main sides of the house. But yea totally doable I think =)

Two questions: 1. What size paper did you use to print the template on (before you cut it out) and 2. Did you find any written instructions on how how to fold? I checked the link and it seems there are no instructions. Maybe you have? Thank you!
Thanks! I printed on A4 printing paper (200gsm) and I don't think there were any instructions I think I just went by the pictures on the paper replika website, sorry.

I used card stock 110 lb or 199 (g/m2)
What does it mean I can glue the balloons on a helium light blue ballon?
I think it means to glue all the paper balloons to one light blue helium balloon to make the house float.
@@hallowstylestudio2315 I tried 5 helium balloons and the house still did not float. I made the house on 8.5x11 card stock paper without the porch and steps since these pieces were way too small to fold. I did fold the garden hose though to cover the white circle near the front door. House stands about 6 inches tall from base to chimney. Using for table center pieces. Going to use a small helium balloon lightly spray painted with the small balloons glued on. Going to hot glue to chimney. Impressive looking!! Taking me about 3 hours to make. Making 5 of them. Good luck everyone, some of the pieces are a bit tricky!!

I think your tutorial is too fast, there are some parts that you missed. Like the roof part it's too complicated I can't even understand.
