Dancing Banana yeah, and I’m talking to both of you. Architecture is a lot more than making something look pretty. There are a ton of different things you have to juggle along with the design.

Those "semicircle" slats are called Carp Slats, or Fish-Scale Slats, because they look like the scales of a Carp.

Fun fact of today: A group of people have actually recreated the house from Up as best they could(the house looks different and the balloons are the size of beach balls) and it even floated!Also in order to realistically raise a house it would take 20 or 30 million party sized balloons!

from a pixar fanatic, this warmed my heart! i also love minecraft and so these two together is so nice to see omg this is so amazing!
So just a couple things. First off, I love the build. UP is in my top 3 Pixar movies. So where you put the record player and book shelf is actually where the fireplace would be, and the chairs are pushed against the wall where you said the fireplace would be. Just to let you know!

21:43 Did you know that chimneys sometimes go at a sharp angle while going through the attic. Which means, the fireplace could absolutely go on the outer wall and still end up in the middle of the roof.
