      Nblp 7001 I'd like to think that look from Vader is retconned to him holding a grudge against Tarkin for prosecuting Ahsoka. It's not until 5 years later that Tarkin and Vader become allies since they started over at square one at the end of the Clone Wars.

    You could tell Vader is unhappy with his new life. He lost everything he loved and I think it hits him when he is standing next to the Emperor and crosses his arms. He no longer has his beloved wife because he killed her when the dark side took over. He no longer has his full body and life force because he lost it during the fight with Obi-Wan when the dark side took over. The dark side ruined his life and he realizes that the only thing he has left is the very thing that took everything from him: the dark side. (@1:30-1:45)

      Yes! John Williams score was the VERY BEST in episode 3...... Especially when padme and anakin are feeling each other's emotions through the city skyline! Also, in episode 2, when Darth Sidious meets up w/count dooku at the end as well as the IMPERIAL STORMTROOPER MARCH...... Breathtaking!!!!!

If Leia went there instead, there would have been a good chance she would have ended up a slave, or like Anakins mother did. They figured her best chance was with who she was given to. Rotwang72 I really hated the fact that FA had the poor writing of that mary su Rey. However I still liked the charecters etc. I think ep7 is going to be one of the best in the series. I hope they tone back reys skill and that her mary su moment was just her channeling the force or some kind of crazy force ability she could use in certain moments or maybe someone else helping her through the force?

    • @Rotwang72
      @Rotwang72 Před 7 lety +3

      I think the reason you liked the characters was because they were rehashes previous characters. FA invalidated the Original trilogy in that everyone of the main characters was right back to where they started before the trilogy, Leia is a freedom fighter, Han is a smuggler indebted to smugglers, the Jedi are destroyed and their master is in hiding, there is an uber Jedi to be in hiding on Tatooine with a bearded sympathizer watching over, and the enemy has built a large death orb with a serious defensive flaw. Ep 7 will go down and a reset so Disney could reopen the series. Not needed at all, not sure why I am surprised rather than having not expected it.

    • @jose4343
      @jose4343 Před 7 lety +2

      I really believe in EP.8 being a good movie not just a plot and character re-hash. It looks like a very serious movie with a somber tone. I really hope im not just believeing in the movie because I want it to be good.

      I am a little bit hopeful as well. Ep 8 "looks" like they are creating something original for this story line. But movie trailers have deceived me before. That and that Ep7, was in my opinion, dreadful...makes me cautiously optimistic. But..."I gotta bad feeling about this". ha. Rogue One wasn't terrible but not exactly amazing either. Most of the spacecraft in Star Wars utilize auditory feedback in addition to visual displays. The sounds come from speakers inside the observing ships. This way the pilot of a vessel can use his / her/ its hearing to take in additional environmental data. A pilot can "hear" a ship coming up behind them or whizzing past, but only if the sensors can detect and display them. That's what they say in the books, anyway.

    No thanks. Delete the birth scene. Obi wan didn't know about another sky walker. We aren't supposed to know. Obi Wan would have mercy killed his old friend if he watched him burn. My take is this... no birth scene. We do not know what happens to Padme. After Anakin and Obi Wan talk for the final time anakin passes out from pain and obi Wan mistakes him for dead. The emperor finds him brings him back to be rebuilt. The table tilts up and we hear him breathe for the first time. END SCENE CUT TO CREDITS. What we have instead is the idiots guide to Star Wars that makes ANH ESB and RoTJ just creepy because we know they're brother and sister.

    @TrueLife90 To establish, to the slower Star Wars viewers, that Yoda did indeed fly to Dagobah in a spaceship. As opposed to magically teleporting there, or flying there like Superman, or being kicked out of an airlock from Bail Organa's ship and parachuting to a landing using a cute little umbrella. It also provided another opportunity to show yet another space ship landing, since we clearly don't get enough of those scenes in the Prequels.

    Yoda's kinda fascinating in that, if you watch his ep5 scenes very carefully, you can see how his character developed. He begins as a "stock" character- scratchy voiced little eccentric whose role is to fight with R2D2 "Mine!Mine!" while bashing him with a stick (hardly jedi master stuff, to get into an ego battle with a lowly droid) then he becomes a bit of a "wise uncle"- "...what he was doin'.Where he was goin' " (complete with accent) Then the music changes...and we realise he's s/t deeper..
