Hey, not sure if Allison would get this. But for the Moroccan trip, if you can, change the 2 nights in Casablanca to 2 nights in Rabat. I was born and raised in Casablanca. Really not worth your time. Rabat is the capital city, it has impressive castles, Roman ruins and so much more. For Casablanca, you can stop for an hour or 2 if you want to go visit the mosque, and get on the way. For the big cities, you can call the tourism office and get a local official guide. It will save you the people coming up to you and hustle in the streets + will give you good recommendations to get stuff. Also, when you get a riad, you will most likely get a cook/cleaner that will come prepare breakfast and maybe dinner. If they don't have all the meals included, you can check with the cook how much extra to get more meals done. It can also be a good gesture if you bring any small gifts for them (a little statue de liberty, small golden gate...things that are known from the US.) With the tips, these can be lifetime memories for them that they share with their kids
