I watched this pilot when it aired, and it got me hooked. I watched this show all the way through its entire run time. I loved it so much. Seeing the pilot again is so deeply nostalgic.
It's still hard to believe this show is 30 years old but seeing the intro and hearing the music make me feel just a little like a teenager again.
Have you thought about trying a reaction/watch along series on The X-Files?! Might be something cool to try.
I'd love to do a MST3K version. I may reserve some true reaction style videos for my favorite episodes later in the series. The difficulty is, of course, that Disney owns The X-Files and blocks any portion of video or audio more than about 15 seconds.
