Flow-wrapping machine from Schubert packages confectionery in different tray formats

The Schubert system for our customer Sölen packs chocolate waffles shaped like mini ice cream cones. The high flexibility in terms of packaging format is decisive for the customer: the TLM machine packs the waffle bags in two different tray formats: in cardboard boxes as well as in flow packs. Depending on the requirements, the waffles are first packed in a sleeve before they are placed in the display cartons - on the same system.
A scanner ensures that only products with perfect individual packaging reach the final packages.
