Packaging line from Schubert for automated handling of croissants and Danish pastry

The video depicts the packaging process for croissants and Danish pastry produced by the American company International Delights - with Schubert scanners checking product quality. The line packs up to 180 products per minute in two different tray sizes and it can be expanded for other product and tray sizes at any time. As you can see in the video, conversion is child’s play and, depending on the size, takes only from two to 30 minutes. Along with high efficiency and line flexibility, another benefit of machine is that the employees really enjoy working with this technology.
