- ● Where to start... I'm proud to have finally could released this project. It was something which came to my mind since a year ago. I want you to know this was a lot of preparation, it's not something I've made only the last month. When I did my trailer video to announce this movie, I had already made 25 % of the montage. I had collected everything I needed. And at the end, more times than I thought was requiered to make it really great in my timeline.
● When I took a closer look at the Stan's career, I realized that his story was highly lied to Federer, Nadal and Djokovic. Wawrinka is 33 today and he grew up with these legend of the games. I really love the character he is and it's for that I wanted to make this video.
● Now I'm really looking forward to make the second part, I don't know when I could work on it but I think it will be great. For the moment, I hope you'll enjoy this one. I have an idea I would like to try for my next productions so stay tuned ;D

Stan Wawrinka's story is a reminder for anyone, that it's never too late to make it in what you love in life, and
in his case, that there are many ways to genuinely deliver peak achievements in your field.
You don't need to be consistently winning top honours, you just need to be there (or thereabout) when the biggest occasions come around.

That is unbelievable. Stan's career is one of the most touching and remarkable story in the tennis history, from a player who has big shots but not the heart, to an all time legend with three GS titles. It is just amazing to watch it all over again.
I really have no idea how hard it is to find Stan's clip in his early year. I have never seen most of them before 2010 except the '08 Olympics. It is such a remarkable work. Well done!

It took me more than 8 days of what I thought to finish it, I'm really sorry. More than 2 intensive weeks of works, a video I've started to think and to prepare since a long time.
So I will take some days to rest if you want it xD
Just want to let you know this kind of video is new and still experimental, so not perfect. It was specialy tough to find footages of Stan before 2013.
And also that I have added subtitles in english for every parts in french in this video, so don't forget to activate it in the same time than the 1080p quality ;D

But, the part where Jim says, "Stan, you are the man tonight!" It always catches me off guard and makes me teary eyed..😢😭
To see a player go from "baby steps" to "giant strides" in an era where the top bunch is unfairly gifted, it's players like him that show that mortals with hardwork, figuring out capabilities, shots which only you have and out thinking can do the unthinkable!

Being very late, where should I begin. What an encrdible movie from my favorite profucer on my favorite player. You have edited his carrer sooooo well till now with two more grand slams... The AO 2013 made me cry which is the first time I cry infront of a video.. Amazing !! Stan would have loved your work!!

I started watching this video thinking that it would one of those compilations of Stan's shots. Little did I know that I wad in for an emotional experience watching the story of Wawrinka unfold in front of me. This movie truly illustrates the journey of Stan from tennis has been to tennis great. Incredible effort. Will watch it over and over again.

Sadly he's unable to. At least we see some outrageous shots every time he plays. Those matches at the Australian Open against Djokovic... wow

I read in the description you will continue the wawrinka's career so I will enjoy a new content with '15 Roland garros '16 us open '17 final Roland garros and so on.

Oh my word, where to begin... I don't think this movie has any place on CZcams, should be played in a stadium in the dark on big screens just before Stan's last match when he retires, which I hope will not come to soon !! =D Some moments of this movie are pure cinema, the way you bring Stan on the scene is just amazing. I almost cried at the 2013 AO match against Novak, you edited it beautifully. I think overall your movie shows us how human Stan is on and off the court. Just a small story, maybe you know it : at this year's Marseille Open, Stan played and lost his first round by retiring because of his knee. He insisted to pay back the prime that the tournament had given him to come (50 000$). The money has been given to handicaped children associations... To end up with, sorry for being a little late, I just wanted to wait to have the time to watch the movie without interruption ;)

AO 2013 is surely the most emotionnal part of my video, Novak's reaction about Stan was really touching during post match interviews
Yes, the footage of AO 13 is fantastic, I felt quite teary too. As a Fed fan, I loved the coverage of the Olympic final, parts of which I hadn't seen before. That was such an important moment for Fed as well as Stan - I'm convinced it carried him through the US Open that year and got him the five-in-a-row. That whole year, the only time he looked really relaxed and happy was during that Doubles campaign.

One can't help but admire and feel inspired by Stan's rise in the rankings as well as his stature on the world stage. He brings so much to the court - fierce passion to win, mental fortitude, athleticism and charisma. His determination to work hard and improve even in the face of defeat should be an example not only to junior players but also to veterans who love this game and may have a few more winning sets in them. The most touching moment for me was Pete Sampras handing him the '14 Australian championship trophy - pure joy. Yes, dreams do come true. Such a great champion. What a ride for Stan the Man...

I like your movie on Stan the man! He's my favorite pro player. I can't remember what year I started watching him play, probably back in 2003 or 2004. He's the player with the best one-handed backhand. Stan also has a cool personality I think, humble one, that is. I was so happy for him when he won the Australian grand slam. On your movie I applaud you for doing a great effort connecting Stan stories. I'll wait for your upcoming project then. Thank you. God loves you!

Thanks a lot Tihomir, yeah it was a hard and long work but it was also a pleasure to work on it. You know when I see the result, it's before all a personnal satisfaction to make a video of 1 hour without any big mistakes. The second part is plan of course, it will also depend of Stan's result in 2018. I hope I could make it this year ;)

Man... The part about the Australian Open 2013 is epic... And I was close to cry... I know, it's just sports... But it is like it is.
Federer bears the curse of a thousand talented players he smothered. Stan is someone who walled out of it and pierced deep into the big 3. Stan is someone to carry the mettle of Rafa and Djokovic. A warrior. A true inspiration. Probably the only one who beat all the greatest of all times in their greatest times that too.
