      just tried putting a cube grid at the bottom of the little pit and went over it with landscape it didn't work out

    • @wesss9353
      @wesss9353 Před 2 lety

      Landscape visibility mask to the opaque mask
      i broke the scale of the landscape not sure how
      went with a different plan

    • @wesss9353
      @wesss9353 Před 2 lety

      ok
      shift left click remove the landscape
      oversize the new dug area
      stairs going down
      cube grid a rough draft
      plane the top so plane if just under the top of the landscape
      add landscape texture to the plane to hide it
      add rocks and stuff to the seem to hide it better
      i over complicated this process
      this is what i came up with
      UNF Games could probably whip up a 5 minute streamlined tutorial

    I have turned this 3 hour tutorial into at least 8 hours of material! I reference it over and over, and your main website is so awesome! Exactly what an amateur game developer needs! I am so thankful for the time and energy you put into this guide. I may not understand everything in this guide yet, however the level of confidence I gained after watching it has been something I can't describe. I am sure that someone reading this will think its a payed comment, but I ASSURE you, this company is legit! I will slowly be making my way through all of your videos and I will most DEFINITLY be buying the other tutorials as I develop my skills. Thank you again so much, and please keep up the motivation to teach the community!

    I have never encountered software so cumbersome, and inconvenient to use. Your video is handy thank you. but this software is just to much complicated. One example out of countless. When you want to increase or decrease the texture of an object you have to do so many steps (clicks) along the way that you come to the conclusion that it is simply poor design by the developers. Although the graphics and details are high quality (this is good), the software are really inconvenient to use, so it is probably still stuck in place with no visible innovations on the horizon. Do not understand why it is impossible to make comfortable sliders to use for the most necessary things.
    Why is it impossible to stretch an object from only one side of it? Why not make objects that magnetize each other when they meet (for example walls) just uncomfortable software to use
