It was pretty disgusting way to treat someone. Nick seems to think he morally superior to just about everyone. Yet makes his living exploiting people like this. Trying to act like he’s all in it for the love .. get rid of the cameras and your pay packet then Nick, how long you going to continue your selfless quest for other peoples love then?
It was this and the absolute freeze moment that made me feel like editing took advantage of the situation. It was like he knew he was showing up, had time to prepare, then remembered on the spot that his brain fell out. It just looked so optically weird.
He asked to leave, but they had more to discuss. Then, afterward, Nick told him he was welcome to go.

@@linda33528 100% the producers of the tv show pick most people for entertainment and encourage them to use the word “Love” like confetti.. they are not “in Love” and have no idea of the meaning. Trevor was single and the girl he was dating before the show had full knowledge of his intentions. Who knows what the details were, you can’t pick how or when you might meet someone. It’s making a big assumption that this other girl was somehow madly in love with him and heart broken, sitting at home like Mother Teresa. She might just say “I really liked him but it was casual and I knew he was going on the tv show. After he left I started dating new people anyway”. It’s a TV show where they date dozens of people. What you see is a fraction of that. The biggest manipulation that we saw was Chelsea saying people thinks she looks like Megan Fox, she was the one juggling 2 guys on the show, not Trevor. So I guess she’s a POS too for leading him on & lying about what she might look like to generate higher interest. Yet, to the hosts this was just a light hearted funny joke. Trevor on the other hand treated like he’s a child snatcher. It’s is a tv show, it wouldn’t exist if it’s primary goal wasn’t to entertain Netflix subscribers.

Right, like people praising this reunion just because it was better than the others but it still sucked in my book because I felt like we did not need to see the couples from the previous seasons segment mixed in with this one because some of the couples like jimmy & Chelsea, Brittany & Kenneth segments were rushed through, left out all the juicy details and some of the hard questions that we were all wondering especially with Kenneth. Extremely disappointing 🤦♀️
You know what, I was SO impressed by this reunion until I realized, they have put in so little effort all these seasons and given us nothing , that the ONE time they actually did their jobs right, we feel as if we are being blessed. It's like praising a baker for finally baking instead of being on their phone all day. IT'S THEIR JOB! LORD!

Yes, AD is not a victim and that narrative has to stop. At the beginning of the season she even said she goes after the player type of guys. And look where it got her. This was a result of HER actions moreso than Clay.

They really let Chelsea off the hook big time, that was disappointing.
Chelsea & Jimmy's relationship was one the biggest storylines so I dont undertand how they barely got asked anything.
She is emotionally unstable and they would not want to trigger that especially if am not mistaken there is a pending lawsuit for this show. I hope she is and continues to be in therapy. Besides, Chelsea and Jimmy already have too much feedback from social media. They hopefully got the point.

Its happened on other seasons where they didnt end up with the person they got engaged to and ended up with another cast member so why be so upset with sarah and Jeremy? I didnt get that part. All in all it's not that serious. Most of these engagements are pseudo engagements for TV that's why they don't stay together. Filming takes 38 days. They are in the pods for 10 days. So it's understandable why Sarah would like to get to know Jeremy better after they only knew each other for 10 days and it's understandable that Jeremy obviously felt he had made a mistake with Laura after he had only known her for less than a month.
Laura is really just hurt and embarrassed and her ego is bruised because ultimately Jeremy picked Sarah over her. The fact that she is still salty over their 10 day engagement after a whole year is honestly pathetic. She should move on.

Chelsea received tons of warranted and unwarranted criticism this year for the last month or more. I’m positive the show runners saw this and opted to not dig into her comments as deeply as other couples, because they didn’t want to give the internet more fuel for a fire. Although she made terrible decisions during the show and clearly has a dysfunctional way of thinking while in a relationship, she deserves peace. I wish her the best and hope she heals

I read somewhere that Trevor & Jeremy were forced to attend the Re-union!! No one would accept to be humiliated like that on National TV.. But, because both of them breached the contract of Love Is Blind, (as both were in relationships prior entering the program) THEY WERE FORCED TO ATTEND (otherwise, they would be sued & dragged to court),! You can explain that from Trevors outfit as well!! Jeremy was not as vocal as Sara was (who he brought as a backup or defence)! That also explains why the host went after them that far!!
Wish they would have just done a reunion special for the OG couples. There was a lot to unpack just with the season 6 contestants.
But good news is season 6 was confirmed along with season 7! Can’t wait!

I feel like hosts need to be unbiased (or just less), I hate how the lacheys just dog pile on ppl (and it feels like they just regurgitate the reactions from the audience they see online), like leave that to the cast and the audience, but give some of these ppl the platform to defend themselves. Like I kinda felt bad for Sarah Ann by the end of her interview, how come she got more flack from Vanessa than Jeremy??? Not saying she didn't deserve some criticism (I just felt like the hosts in particular were focusing too much on her and not on literally anyone else). All this to say I wanna see Andy Cohen moderate this convo.
The hosts are usually told what they’re allowed to ask about, & what they’re allowed to keep the heavy focus on. If Netflix wants certain guests babied, while other get torn apart, the hosts are told to do so. Same for most other reality show reunions.
That’s impossible. You’d have to get a host that didn’t watch the show at all to get someone who is truly unbiased. Nick and Vanessa talked about how they were crying at the weddings 😂. They were watching just like the rest of us so I don’t know how they could be unbiased.
I do think that they give their opinions too much. It would be better if they didn’t continue to throw their two cents in every time and cut people off.
I didn’t feel an ounce of pity for Sarah because most of the questions were for Jeramey (they really only the TikTok thing) and she decided to jump in to fight for her man and drag other people into her arguments 🤷🏾♀️ she did it to herself.

Sarah Ann showed no remorse. She came in ready for battle. As Laura said "why are you coming in hot, come in humble and people aren't going to be all over you. You did the thing, yet you are treating me like I am the one who did" (paraphrase). SA could have had the audience end up on her side---obviously her and Jimmy were the right choice---but she was blaming everyone for her behaviour instead of just owning it (until after Laura called that out) That is why Vanessa and Nick were calling her out. They both got flack, but SA was just yelling at everyone.

When Brittany said “Yes finally” when someone asked them a question- I was like girl yes. Omg I feel the exact same. As much nonsense that we had to watch with Chelsea and Jimmy they should have grilled them as well. Did Jimmy actually find a Chelsea attractive or did he string her along? What fake voice was Chelsea putting on the whole show to manipulate Jimmy? Why did AD say I do after this man kept saying he would cheat? They def missed some things.
Yes I enjoyed more of the drama this reunion but I would have liked to see them dive in and talk about some of the heavier stuff more. I didn’t mind the alumni asking questions but I don’t need what they’re up to or someone’s baby shower…

Everybody except of the noys lol looked adorable, and they asked very good questions and I like the fact that they brought out old cast members and let them be involved. I could tell that they were inspired of “lover is blind Brazil”, the reunion there are off the chain.
Your first recap was so funny and wild it made me watch this season. Then when I saw how wild the season was I called my sister and got her to watch. Then we got our mom to watch. So you're responsible for at least 3 additional viewers watching this year.

I felt dirty after watching the reunion. I felt like Chelsea and everyone else was so horrible to each other. And even the internet the way people talk about each other is horrible. I am all about Jeremy taking accountability but Jesus jimmy and Chelsea acting like they were mad when Jess or Sarah Anne or Jeremy spoke. Like these people have nothing to do with you guys and look how u are acting. I just felt we were all addicted to the drama and after the reunion so glad the shit show is over
I couldn't even watch it anymore. LIB used to be a light, hopeful reality show, now its becoming a Housewives type show with people dragging people, and the hosts instigating fights at the reunion, its really awful because unlike those other shows, these people don't get paid like that to be on LIB, and they are being vulnerable and emotional so their decision making is more impaired. LIB is very exploitative, the way they cut and edit the show to make people villains, this will definitely be my last season of watching.

Finally I have a place to comment after watching the Reunion on Netflix. I am disgusted by the hypocrisy of the show and their two hosts! They made it sound like the show was NOT about entertainment and they were just genuinely matchmaking. The show was fun to watch and at times very enlightening, if it has no entertainment value, it wouldn't be a show, it would be just another matchmaking service or a speed dating venue. The hosts emphasized these are real people in real life trying to find real lifelong partners, blah blah blah...when they know better than anyone else how the show took advantage of those people by editing their scenes against their wills. For example, the part when Chelsea confronted Jimmy about his fling with a friend. Even though Jimmy kept saying that was supposed to be kept confidential, the show's producer had no mercy at all, they aired it. I am sure other less "interesting" scenes will be cut out because they were not entertaining enough. After six seasons, I am just a bit tired of those hosts.
