They want you to cruise the store and they change the locations of merchandise all the time so you have to look for what you came in to get. LOL I have been know to find a few things that I had no idea were in the store and no idea that I couldn't live without them. I buy their croissants pretty regularly but I make my own muffins, cinnamon rolls, cakes and so on. If I need a decorated cake then Costco is great and they cakes are good.

lol mainly the igikias and saigas flood our costcos here in aus & cos they get their supplies there for their shops too which is a kool thing for them iykyk, most of us islanders only go for the cheap foods lol but its good in bulk he he... the best for us are their bagels!!! wait til the newbies see the coffins too hahaha.... thanks for sharing! đ

We were one of the first ones in and I was the 2nd in line for membership cards. đđœ All the best when you come up!
Costco's strategy is not to have signs in each aisle so that customers end up wandering all over and thus shopping more as they discover deals. There are items that have permanent areas like the bakery, meats, veges, electronics, clothes, etc. It's intentional to have no aisle signages! But the more you go to Costco you get used to where everything is. It's fun though esp on holidays when they have lots of new & cute themed stuff/decors! But I must say it's a lot more expensive there with conversion from nz to us $. I hope they have regular discount sales too just like they do here. That's when they drop prices quite substantially usually highlighted in yellow. Happy shopping!!
Ohhhh, that makes sense and smart too đ€Ł We went again this past Saturday, and we were hoping for more rebates and discounts... but no luck đ€Ł it's all good. We still bought things and our total came out to $500 again đ€ŠđŸââïžđ€Ł

So many people are glorifying Costco like it is one big bargain store but this video seems to say differently. As a bulk wholesaler there does seem to be a lot of expensive items.

đ€Ł yes a list is very smart or else you'll be spending over $400 easily like my mom over here lol. Oh I wish they had the downy febreeze but they do have the unstoppable febreeze. It comes in a twin pack. Our 1st bottle is almost done. Moving onto the 2nd bottle. I went last Friday to stock up on downy scent booster but they ran out đ they only had the unstoppable scent booster which was fine. So I'm guessing downy is very popular!!! Costco is much cheaper here in Canada. Hot Dog / soda for$1.50 . Pizza is now $13.

Omg thank you for this comment!!! đ€Ł I can't believe its been 2 weeks already!!! We haven't had to buy toilet paper yet! I kid you not. A pack of 48 rolls and we have 24 rolls left over. Paper towels we have 8 rolls left - from a family that uses paper towels every day these are absolutely worth it. đđœ the tide pods we do laundry probably 5 times in a week and we are still on the first packet. We have 3 packets left of the pods. Also the scent booster is not half way. The bounce dryer sheets is a must have!!! Clothes come out thr dryer smelling amazing!!!! Mind you it came in a twin pack and we're still on the first box. What else?? Of course the food was gone instantly đ€Ł the mayo we haven't made a dent it's huge but worth it lol. The coffee mate creamer no where near half way and we drink coffee everydayyyy lol. If you see anything on thr vlog you want to know about just ask me. But the things I've listed... absolutely worth buying in bulk saves you buying it again the next following weeks and saves a bit more money! I hope this helps!
The prices in the New Zealand Costco is a little higher then the prices of our Hawaii Costco. And most of the Costcoâs carry the same products but different areas do carry specialties.

They sell the Australian version at most pak n saves. I tried the main version, terrible. Eta cheese chips were better

Hi Tara. So what happens if you buy something extra large like a huge TV or gazebo? How do you go about buying it? Will the staff scan it? because you can't carry it to the check out. Do they deliver it or do you have to arrange delivery by yourself?
Hi Gavin, thank you for your message. I believe with the TV you'll be able to use their oversize trolleys to take to check outs. However for the gazebo I'm not quite sure with that. It'll most likely be in boxes, also being the first Costco and it's new I'm not sure if they do deliveries (yet). Maybe on my next to trip to Costco I can find out more information :)

Hi, thank you for your message. Membership fee is for one 12-month period from the date of enrollment. Your membership card is valid at any Costco warehouse worldwide and is not transferable. You will be required to show your membership card when entering any Costco warehouse and when checking out at a payment register. I hope that helps :)

(must have proof of address and ID). My sister didnt have to get one cause she's underage. My cousin didn't get her one because she didn't have proof of address so I bought her shopping when we went thru the cash register. But I know what you mean.. these ram raids are out of it zzz
